I've been wanting to visit Rose Ross for a long time, & I was really happy that I finally did it for the Montréal à Table event. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the full wall of wine bottles adds such a charming atmosphere to the space. It's a small restaurant, but very cozy.
The service was perfect, maybe a bit over-faked at times, but still attentive & friendly. For my starter, I ordered the Choux de Bruxelles salad, & it was amazing. The mix of crispy choux, fresh vegetables, & that citrusy sauce with a hint of pepper created a really nice balance of flavors.
For the main course, I had the filet de truite with vegetables, cooked well, flavorful, & beautifully presented. For dessert, I took the cake aux pêches which was just okay. I was a bit disappointed, as I expected more flavor & a more moist texture. It was also slightly burned on the outside.
Considering it was a special Montréal à Table menu, I found the pricing very reasonable for the quality & atmosphere.
My friend ordered the gros choux dessert, which came with a small $4 extra charge, but it was absolutely worth it. The presentation was beautiful, & the taste was even better.
Nous étions assis au bar à côté de la cuisine. Super ambiance, service rapide & courtois. Le boeuf avec foie gras à ajouter fondait dans la bouche. L'option d'agencement des vins vient vraiment compléter les plats.
Une belle expérience avec des produits locaux. Je recommande à 100%.

Ce restaurant est une perle rare à découvrir ! Tout y est excellent, frais, d'une grande qualité & préparé avec un souci du détail & des saveurs. Le tout en harmonie avec les produits de saison. Les vins y sont superbes & le service, impeccable. Selon moi, c'est un incontournable !
Enfin ! J'ai essayé ce resto. Depuis le temps qu'on me le recommandait, ayant déménagé dans le quartier il y a 3 ans. Quelle magnifique découverte. Vraiment pas une seule fausse note. Les plats sont chaleureux, bien dosés, orginaux, une symphonie de saveurs inédites, herbes, légèrement citronnée, notes de fleurs, wow, wow. On va revenir c'est certain. Merci à Mtl à table de nous avoir fait découvert le menu. J'ai moins aimé les desserts, mais c'est que je ne suis déjà pas très dessert en partant. Les propriétaires sont archi gentils, le staff d'une gentillesse exemplaire aussi' Croyez moi, c'est hyper rare. Alors merci, mon gros coup de coeur de l'année.

Restaurant simplement incroyable. Réellement l'un des petits bijoux de Masson. La cuisine est toujours décadente & n'est jamais une déception. On sent bien l'attention mise dans chaque plat. Cela me fait déjà quelques visites & je confirme que le service est également toujours impeccable & chaleureux.

Joli restaurant de quartier avec une belle carte de boissons. Repas à la carte ou en forfait 4 services avec accord en 3 verres de vin ou 3 demi-verres. Cuisine de saison , bien travaillée, goûteuse & originale. Plats végétariens disponibles.
Super expérience ! J'adore leur menu 4 services. Service attentionné & à l'écoute, très bons accords mets & vins. J'aime m'asseoir au bar mais la salle à manger est aussi très bien! Vous devez essayer le gros chou dessert au pralin & au caramel!
