Everything is a 10/10 at Rosa. Melissa & Bruna were the absolute sweetest & most welcoming. The cappuccino was some of the best coffee I've had in Montreal & the food...the pizza , croquettes, fried pizza, were all so fresh & made with quality ingredients down to the olive oil used. This is a local business that puts their heart & soul into what they do & express it through all senses (sight, smell, taste, texture). The owner was so generous with having us try some of their newer foods & with her time. This is a must try & must see in montreal! this is also coming from a food/coffee snob who appreciates good food & doesn't care for the next trendy hotspot that serves mediocre food.
