Delicious cinnamon rolls! They're fluffy & pillowy & the icing is just wonderful (I had the pecan ones) I'll certainly come back for more
Les meilleurs cinnamon rolls de tout les temps, fraiches, moelleuses, savoureuses
Personnel aimable & à l'écoute
Je recommande fortement
The roll we tried was good but they are way overpriced. Similar size & flavors sell for 6-7$ elsewhere. Service was also really mid.
Service was very fast & efficient… paid 27$ for 3 signature rolls so a bit pricey but not bad… rolls are huge & super filling, you can easily share one between 2 people & be full… They are a tinge too sweet for my taste, maybe i need a little more tartness to cut through the sweet… but all in all very good product & service!
I went yesterday evening around 9:15-9:30
pm to this Rollys on st carherine for the first time: Bun was good, service was bad. I do not recommend this store.
Older guy was rude from the moment I came in, he didnt return my greeting, he was very stressed out running around chaoticaly & we were 2 customers in the store. I can understand that some people stress easily, but he then proceeded to patronize me for asking a single question. It is my first time in your store & its empty, why not take 3 seconds to answer my question without giving attitude? Also, I wouldn't have had the question if the buns were not mislabeled (the Nutella buns were labeled as pistachio).
I was really excited to try this place after seeing all the raving reviews & constantly noticing the huge line outside, it's almost always sold out. After multiple attempts (literally around the 15th try 😅), I finally managed to get my hands on the Nutella & pistachio rolls.
Unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to the hype for me. The flavors sounded amazing in theory, but the overall experience felt a bit underwhelming. The biggest issue was the texture of the bread, it was slightly undercooked in the middle, which made it feel a bit doughy & took away from what could've been a really satisfying pastry.
Maybe it was just an off batch, but considering how hard it is to get them & the level of hype around it, I expected more.
