Beautiful winters day wrecked by cold hot chocolate & a stubborn server.
Spent $18 on 2 medium sized crappy hot chocolates. I was only asking for HOT chocolates. Not luke-warm, tepid, fridge to microwave day old chocolate milk. Your staff did check to see that the hot chocolate was in fact not hot & said we should wait 5 minutes for the machine to warm up to get a replacement, which we gladly did. Having waited & received the you went on to say you would only replace 1. & again, not hot!!
The fact that a shop like yours has a microwave & doesn't make things fresh is shameful. The only difference between you & Tim hortons in this respect is that Tim hortons hot chocolate is actually hot.
I wish you & the best a blessed new year with a better attitude & more training with customer service. The fact that your response is written the always it is, is a clear indication that your focus is not to make customers happy but to sell garbage to people who only visit your shop once a year for lack of another option.

On sent vraiment toute la richesse & la densité de ces chocolats, c'est impressionnant. Chaque bouchée en vaut le prix. Cet endroit vaut absolument le détour si vous êtes à Mont-Tremblant! 🍫
Très bel endroit pour des chocolats souvenirs. Cependant les prix sont très élevé. Je recommande les caramel à la pièce.
The location of this chocolate place is fantastic. If you ever open a shop, you'd dream of a location like thus. We were leaving Tremblant on a Sunday morning & was shocked to see the trick or treat scene. I asked is thus happening every Sunday? & the staff said it's once a year & they do it Not on the Halloween day but the Sunday morning before the Halloween. We went trick or treating & ended up trying their hot chocolate 🍫 & a chocolate bar with nuts in them. There were large chocolate sprinkles on top of the hot chocolate & seemed way fancier than the Beavertail one. We never tried their chocolate until now because of the price, but was worth it.
Great yummy chocolates here..many to choose from..!! Smells so wonderful inside too 🤎🤎🤎

Cependant, l'accueil manquait de chaleur. Le personnel avait l'air tanné des clients, alors qu'il n'y avait pourtant personne à ce moment-là. Je trouve ça dommage, surtout pour un aussi bon concept. ( niveau du service 3 étoiles)
Bref, je vous recommande quand même de goûter les pommes - elles en valent la peine - & j'espère que vous tomberez sur un employé plus accueillant que celui qu'on a eu :)
Unfortunately one of the bears was sitting in a broken chair upon our arrival, but the owner promptly exited the store & reacquainted him. In terms of the ice cream, quite few flavours to choose from. Cookie dough had the right amount of cookie dough pieces blended with chocolatey swirls.
Excellent service! Amazing treats! They were training a new hire & even had the time to put aside our order while we enjoyed the attractions. Would highly recommend a visit for anyone looking to experience a true canadian Chocolaterie experience. Thank you for your service.
J'ai pris un sorbet à la mangue en bâton dans les congélateur & un chocolat avec des noix. Attention au prix pour le chocolat. Il est inscrit à 12$ par exemple pour 1/4 de livres mais les morceaux sont 1/2 livres donc nous avons fait le saut. C'était délicieux par contre!
Beaucoup de variétés! Faites attention aux morceaux de chocolat ou le prix est au poids, vous pourrez finir avec une facture salée.

The hot chocolate was smooth, creamy, & had just the right amount of sweetness. It tasted like real chocolate-not powdery at all. Perfect for a cozy day or after being out in the cold. Highly recommend!
First time visitors. We were greeted by a gentleman offering us fudge samples (you immediately have my attention) which were delicious.
We were then greeted by a wide variety of amazing looking chocolate treats.
I was taken back by the price at first, but we decided to purchase some fruit chocolate, skor chocolate & seafoam chocolates.
Thank God we didn't say no to the price because every bite was worth every penny.
I highly recommend this place if you have a sweet tooth & you want to treat yourself to an amazing treat. 5 stars ⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?

En décembre, j'y suis allée 2 fois & très bon service de Philippe. Accueil souriant & de bons conseils, belle ambiance des fêtes Chocolat chaud super bon & j'adore ♥️ les produits Rocky Montain. On va y retourner & on a fait découvrir les produits à notre famille. Je vous recommande ça fait plusieurs années qu'on connait cette boutique & jamais déçu un gros MERCI à Philippe on se revoit bientôt
We traveled all the way from Boca Raton, Florida, & the first thing on our minds was heading to Rocky Mountain chocolate factory! We arrived just as the store was closing, but Phil was so nice to let me & my daughters in to get one of our favorite things, the chocolate covered licorice So grateful for your kindness, & of course, the best chocolate ever!
Même en plein de temps des fêtes avec beaucoup de clients, les employés sont souriant & très sympathique! Les chocolats chauds sont clairement les meilleurs de tout la station de ski! Du vrai chocolat fondant & un guimauve enrobé de chocolat trempé dedans, un délice!
