What a bait & switch place - signs on the window say they sell real hot chocolate but when you actually buy it, they dispense a watered down mix from a machine you can find in corporate offices
Beautiful winters day wrecked by cold hot chocolate & a stubborn server.
Spent $18 on 2 medium sized crappy hot chocolates. I was only asking for HOT chocolates. Not luke-warm, tepid, fridge to microwave day old chocolate milk. Your staff did check to see that the hot chocolate was in fact not hot & said we should wait 5 minutes for the machine to warm up to get a replacement, which we gladly did. Having waited & received the you went on to say you would only replace 1. & again, not hot!!
The fact that a shop like yours has a microwave & doesn't make things fresh is shameful. The only difference between you & Tim hortons in this respect is that Tim hortons hot chocolate is actually hot.
I wish you & the best a blessed new year with a better attitude & more training with customer service. The fact that your response is written the always it is, is a clear indication that your focus is not to make customers happy but to sell garbage to people who only visit your shop once a year for lack of another option.

On sent vraiment toute la richesse & la densité de ces chocolats, c'est impressionnant. Chaque bouchée en vaut le prix. Cet endroit vaut absolument le détour si vous êtes à Mont-Tremblant! 🍫
The location of this chocolate place is fantastic. If you ever open a shop, you'd dream of a location like thus. We were leaving Tremblant on a Sunday morning & was shocked to see the trick or treat scene. I asked is thus happening every Sunday? & the staff said it's once a year & they do it Not on the Halloween day but the Sunday morning before the Halloween. We went trick or treating & ended up trying their hot chocolate 🍫 & a chocolate bar with nuts in them. There were large chocolate sprinkles on top of the hot chocolate & seemed way fancier than the Beavertail one. We never tried their chocolate until now because of the price, but was worth it.
Nous étions un groupe de neuf, dont cinq enfants, & nous aurions aimé que chacun d'eux puisse goûter une petite portion avant de choisir. La saveur de la glace était délicieuse, ce qui rend le tout d'autant plus regrettable. Toutefois, la remarque insistante'ce sera votre dernier échantillon, s'il vous plaît' - après seulement quatre essais - m'a semblé un peu excessive.
Le prix reste dans la norme pour le village de Mont-Tremblant, qui cible surtout les visiteurs, & la glace était bel & bien très bonne. Cependant, la politique d'échantillons - particulièrement rigide avec de jeunes enfants - aurait pu être gérée avec plus de souplesse. Peut-être qu'un petit panneau indiquant une limite claire d'échantillons serait plus approprié… ou alors, si cela paraît trop abrupt pour les clients, il vaudrait mieux éviter de le dire du tout.
Bref, c'est un endroit agréable si vous souhaitez une bonne crème glacée dans le village, mais un petit effort en service à la clientèle, surtout envers les familles, rendrait l'expérience plus agréable encore.

Cependant, l'accueil manquait de chaleur. Le personnel avait l'air tanné des clients, alors qu'il n'y avait pourtant personne à ce moment-là. Je trouve ça dommage, surtout pour un aussi bon concept. ( niveau du service 3 étoiles)
Bref, je vous recommande quand même de goûter les pommes - elles en valent la peine - & j'espère que vous tomberez sur un employé plus accueillant que celui qu'on a eu :)
Unfortunately one of the bears was sitting in a broken chair upon our arrival, but the owner promptly exited the store & reacquainted him. In terms of the ice cream, quite few flavours to choose from. Cookie dough had the right amount of cookie dough pieces blended with chocolatey swirls.
Three stars for the nice service we received. But the icecream which was their bestselling brownie was not good . Nor the cherry or splash.. my kids never leave icecream but they didn't like at all
