Rockaberry's pies and desserts earn praise for their delicious flavors, a clean and comfortable space, friendly staff, and strong food quality that makes it a popular choice for dates and outings, with many noting a great location and ambiance and a willingness to help. Yet consistency in customer service varies, with reports of long waits, limited greetings, and staff who seem occupied with other tasks, as well as occasional delays for pickup orders; a few pies were described as dry or overly spiced and some experiences suffered from short staffing. Overall, the place stands out for its desserts and atmosphere, and most patrons say they would return, especially for the pies, though improvements in attentiveness and service could elevate the experience.
Great menu with salads, bowls, sandwiches & a wide range of sweet pies. Everything was very fresh, & the service was excellent. Great place for an outing with friends & family.

Great one in comparison to some other Rockaberry locations. Great crust on a cheesecake & great flavor in a blueberry lime pie. Very friendly staff. Will definitely come back to this one. Other locations should learn a lot from this one.
Thanks Danny for the excellent service you gave us today (8 ladies). The food was delicious (burrito was excellent) & the blueberry crumble was absolutely amazing 😜 thank you very much for offering a free serving for our friend's birthday 🥳
Went this past monday for late lunch, the place was comfortable, & also empty (which is probably normal for a monday at that time of day). We were served by a waitress, as well as (possibly the cook or manager) who also chatted with us at the counter. The service from both staff was EXCELLENT & friendly. The food on the other hand is petty mediocre for the price. Not surprising since it's a chain, & that's pretty much the standard reality for restaurant chain menus.

I got the mille feuille pie & it was as yummy as i remember! I got the key lime to go & boy oh boy it was absolutely worth it. This rockaberry is very spacious & has these really nice booths! The lighting can be a bit distracting if you are there to study. It was busy & there were quite a few customers but still spacious. There was even a side room for (group) study sessions? Very neat The colour choices are pretty & the atmosphere is nice for a quick little dessert & some chatting, catching up & maybe even some games! The service is good but they seemed a bit busy/distracted, but still polite & timely!
Premièrement, me faire servir en anglais j'ai pas apprécié. J'allais chercher une commande que j'avais fait & payé en ligne. Ils ont quand même demander de payer sans regarder si j'avais déjà payé.
It's a comfy cafe with a nice atmosphere & tasty food. We tried the cappuccino & nachos, they were yummy! The prices seemed a bit high though. They're known for their pies, which looked delicious, but we'll try them next time. Overall, it's a good cafe.
We went for my all time favourite cake Boston Cream for my daughter's birthday. It was amazing & very similar to the one my mom used to make me when I was a kid. The filling was delicious, creamy with a distinct vanilla taste. We sat in a cozy booth & I loved the contemporary decor. Highly recommend.
