This used to be my go-to place whenever I craved dessert. Last night, we ordered an Apple Crumb Cheesecake & a Key Lime Pie for scheduled pickup. We arrived two hours after placing the order, only to find out it still wasn't prepared. They couldn't even find our order ticket-probably because the machine had a huge pile of printed orders. If they don't hear the machine printing new orders, how are they supposed to know there's a new one? The whole process was very disorganized & disappointing.
I waited patiently while they prepared our order. When I got home & opened the bag, I was even more disappointed to see how small the pie slices were & there were only few slices of apple in it the apple crumb cheese. If I had opened the bag at the store, I honestly wouldn't have accepted them. I don't know if they've changed their portion sizes, but I can't justify paying $11 for a slice of pie that small. It's ridiculous.
Was at the Kirkland location last night. The waitress was lost. Didn't get the order correct. The pieces of our have gotten half the size. The cafelaitte was bearly warm.
The sevice was not worth it very over price. 42$ for two scoices if pie & three coffee. Better to go to Tims The coffee is warm.The a.c was on if it was not for the bugs outside I would have sat outside much warmer. They close at 12:30. By 10:45 not pies in the show case & mopping the floor & grooming & picking up the garbage. You do the cleaning after the closer to the closing time not while customers are in the restaurant.

Update on June 3rd 2026. Gave them a second chance. Waited 30 minures. Waitress literally ignored clients. 1 couple left. Another couple complained. The waitress straight up ignored clients. Then she went yo serve a group of 5 tjst cane in.last before 3 other tables patiently waiting.
Never ever going back there. Avoid this dump. So many bad experiences.
I've been going to rockaberries for decades. Id rather go anywhere else.
This location is a fail. Chicken was hard & overcooked. We got the Thai wrap which we always get with side choice of oriental salad. Waitress was adamant that rockaberries does not sub their house salad. Little did she know that I've been doing that for a decade. We argued worh her & she rolled her eyes when I asked her to talk to her manager. She came back smug & said she'll make an exception. Furthermore, they were spraying something by the entrance, air freshener. I assume from the bsd smell. We inhaled that spray & migraines followed. I really think this branch hires barely legal aged girls who worry more about gossiping behind tge counter acting annoyed they need to work. Go the Sources location. Better food, better ambiance, better service & consistency. We're done with this rockaberries. From fruit flies, overcooked food, unprofessional waitresses. Went todsy at Sources & it's a world of difference.
Rockaberry, the ultimate best they have the best apple crumble pie & other delicious cakes & desserts for any occasion. Also the latte is the best. I actually love coming to this place. It's so good & for the price of 2 pies you can get a whole cake is priceless.
I ordered a blueberry cheesecake pie for a birthday celebration, & it ended up being a pretty disappointing experience, especially given the $50 price tag.
The biggest issue was how poorly it was assembled: all of the blueberry filling was concentrated in just one half of the pie. That meant when we started serving it, some slices were overloaded with fruit, while others had almost none at all.
It made for an awkward & honestly embarrassing moment for me, especially at an event that was supposed to feel thoughtful & special.
For something marketed as a small batch local treasure dessert place, I expected better consistency & attention to detail for an order. There's lots of other ways for businesses handle the mistakes (like 2Good2Go).
J'ai été extrêmement déçue du service à la clientèle. Premièrement, les serveuses ont refusé de nous parler en français. De plus, les filles ne faisaient que rire entre elles. Nous avons entendus une vingtaine de minutes pour que quelqu'un vienne nous voir & un autre vingt minutes pour se faire servir quatre pointes de tarte…
Moi & mon copain, nous sommes allés à cet endroit le weekend dernier & nous avons adoré ! L'endroit était très propre & confortable, & les employés étaient très gentils & nous ont aidés à choisir de délicieux gâteaux. Les gâteaux étaient très bons, & les boissons aussi. Nous reviendrons bientôt! :)
