Was at the Kirkland location last night. The waitress was lost. Didn't get the order correct. The pieces of our have gotten half the size. The cafelaitte was bearly warm.
The sevice was not worth it very over price. 42$ for two scoices if pie & three coffee. Better to go to Tims The coffee is warm.The a.c was on if it was not for the bugs outside I would have sat outside much warmer. They close at 12:30. By 10:45 not pies in the show case & mopping the floor & grooming & picking up the garbage. You do the cleaning after the closer to the closing time not while customers are in the restaurant.

Food was amazing as usual. Service was not great, waited for a while for my coffee after getting my pie. Very long wait to pay the bill as well.Not Impressed..

Pies are always great & delicious here. Serving size was also very decent but once again, 2 pieces of pies & 2 coffees is the same price as buying a whole pie & taking it home. Definitely recommend doing the latte

It's a fantastic coffee shop with excellent services, a clean area, a perfect drink, beautiful decorations, & a lovely staff.

However, the only area of concern is the loud music that hinders communication. It forces customers to speak in raised voices, contributing to the overall noise level when seated near them.
