Very mediocre. We've enjoyed RH restaurants in other cities & we were excited to have one at home, but would not go back since Montreal has so many other, better food destinations. Atmosphere is nice but a little forced. For the price, the drinks were not very interesting. Food was ok; my eggs seemed like they'd been sitting out awhile. Bread over toasted & hard. Truffle fries cold when they came out. We tried the mini lobster rolls with caviar… over buttered buns & lobster looked & tasted like it was from a can.
Our waiter also came back to ask the same questions a few times & forgot a few things we asked, like bread on a separate plate so that my gluten free husband could try the rest of my dish.

So bad they wouldn't let us take pictures & the waiter Named Darek is so rude. We told him we needed to use the washroom because I had a wardrobe malfunction so it took a while. We came back to our food unattended & very cold. Didn't even think to ask us if we wanted it reheated. It was my birthday & their service didn't make me feel special. When we needed to make requests, we had to keep turning our heads trying to find someone. We asked for a birthday cookie, never brought it to us had to ask someone else. Overall bad experience.

Food in this place is certainly overrated! I loved the decorations & the atmosphere but certainly not worth the price tag on food. The menu lacks creativity (no soup, limited tea options) & limited gluten free recipes… The one perfect thing about this place is decoration & furniture!

Le resto est beau mais c'est tout. Puisque qu'il n'y a pas de bar le choix des cocktails est extrêmement limité. En fait tout ce qu'on voulait commander n'était pas disponible. La nourriture est bonne mais sans plus. Les planches de prosciutto & de fromage c'est des vrais jokes … prosciutto du Costco avec un p'tit bout de fromage & du pain .. le service n'était pas à la hauteur de ce qu'on s'attendrait de ce genre d'établissement. C'est beau mais on ne reviendra pas

I am an American living in Montreal & I am a foodie. I appreciate a gastronomic flavorful meal that is esthetically pleasing to the eye which this restaurant was not any of the above.
I have eaten at beautiful restaurants in Europe, north america & across the globe with great wait staff & unbelievable food which this had none of these qualities.. RH is a basic menu with minimal choices, usually I dont think over priced altho this food was so basic it was obviously over-priced. What RH serves in Montreal is served at RH in NYC, LA & all of there other restaurants, nothing sourced locally, no microgreens, no specialty, no gluten free, no vegan, no organic, could have been at a Cracker Barrel! They have no story, no chef, this restaurant is all hype, no depth. Food distributed by Sisco which means RH imports American sourced food. Primarily the food was not pleasing to the eye & just not good, not worth going there. I would NEVER recommend. Read reviews 1st as there are so many negative & reflect similar concerns that I had. The plates were bare, no herbs, no salad, no spices. I had 1 dish that came with a piece of salmon extremely dry & a lemon. & nothing on the menu stated WHERE the food was sourced which means no consistency, RH purchases from the lowest bidder. (Similar to cruise ship purchasing cull or old meat & frozen food.) Being in the food industry its important knowing where the food is sourced. I dont want to eat shrimp from Thailand or farmed salmon, crab was horrible w no flavor, definitely not from north east Canada, Maine or Boston. The food had no taste no texture, no substance with the simplest menu. There are so many xlnt restaurants to choose from in Montreal, RH is a BIG fat pass!

J'ai malheureusement vécu une expérience très décevante dans ce restaurant. L'attitude condescendante du personnel a immédiatement créé un malaise. De plus, le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. Il faisait si froid qu'on nous a prêté des couvertures pour pouvoir rester à table, ce qui est totalement inadmissible. Une meilleure gestion des places aurait clairement été nécessaire.
Le rapport qualité-prix est loin d'être satisfaisant. Les frites étaient excessivement cuites & tellement dures que j'ai dû les renvoyer. Les plats sont également arrivés à des moments différents, ce qui a nui au repas.
Le seul point positif reste la serveuse, qui a fait preuve de professionnalisme & a offert un bon service malgré les mauvaises conditions & l'ambiance générale. Malheureusement, cela ne suffit pas à compenser une expérience globale très décevante.

The food was excellent & the atmosphere was truly amazing: warm, stylish, & inviting. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The space has a great vibe, with well-chosen music, lighting, & decor that really enhance the dining experience.
That said, I feel it's important to raise a serious concern: the restaurant is calculating tip on the amount after tax, which is not only against Quebec regulations but also misleading to customers. When I brought it up, they claimed to be working on correcting it, but considering the rule has been in effect since May & they opened after that, it's hard not to see this as a deliberate decision to overcharge customers.
This kind of practice undermines the trust customers place in a restaurant. While we genuinely enjoyed the food & atmosphere, I hope management takes responsibility & fixes this immediately. Legal compliance & transparency are just as essential as good food & service.

Had a great time here! The food was lovely, but what really made the experience stand out was the service. Marwane was incredible - attentive, friendly, & genuinely made us feel welcome. Would definitely come back!

Nous sommes allés dîner dimanche soir avec mon fiancé & la soirée était merveilleuse.
Le décor était sublime, notamment les chandeliers. La cuisine était divine, le service impeccable, & tout le monde était aux petits soins pour nous offrir un moment rien qu'à nous: chacun incarne les valeurs de RH pour offrir un moment mémorable. J'ai adoré.
Merci à Khaled pour son hospitalité, à Osias, notre serveur, pour sa gentillesse & sa precision, à Igor & Isha pour leur cocktail vraiment superbe, à Melodie, Laurie & Nicolas pour leur accueil chaleureux. Grand merci à Papa pour son sourire charmeur, & enfin à toute la cuisine qui ont réalisé un travail exceptionnel: présentation & cuisson étaient parfaites.
Un merci tout particulier à Maxime, qui a rendu notre expérience absolument parfaite. Un professionnalisme & une générosité hors pair.
Un vrai plaisir de rencontrer tout le monde & merci encore. Nous vous souhaitons à tous une très bonne année !

Je suis allée dimanche soir avec des amies & je tenais vraiment à souligner l'excellent service d'Harvey.
Il a pris grand soin de nous, avec beaucoup d'attention & de gentillesse, & nous a offert un service qui a largement dépassé nos attentes.

The place is beautiful & very pleasant. The food is average at best but considering the prices definitely not worth it. The service is very inconsistent, ranges from ok to disastrous. I would avoid this place.

A fuir! J'y ai déjeuné hier midi & quelle déception! Tout d'abord: c'est un rooftop avec vue sur un parking! Le serveur était correct mais un peu pushy à nous presser pour passer la commande. Nous avons demandé 2 verres d'eau, pas de bouteille. & il nous a apporté une bouteille d'Aqua Panna qui coûte un bras. Le club sandwich est servi sans accompagnement, dans une baguette comme je me prépare quand je pars en randonnée. Pas du tout sophistiqué & très sec.
Je m'en suis rendu compte ensuite mais le serveur s'est ajouté 10 dollars de pourboire.
La seule bonne chose est la carte des vins, elle aussi très chère mais bien sourcée.
Bref: 400 dollars pour 2 clubs, 1 purée, 1 bouteille de pouilly fumé & 1 bouteille d'eau: j'ai beau être homo mais se faire mettre à ce point non merci!

On a attendu 20 minutes avant qu'un serveur vienne nous voir. Ensuite on nous propose pas un cocktail, vite il fallait commander de la nourriture. Nous avons refusé de commander de la nourriture. On nous a forcé à commander une frite. Nous payons la facture & on quitte. Ensuite, rendu dans le lobby, un autre serveur nous accuse de ne pas avoir payé. Vraiment nimporte quoi comme experience
