La cuisine était bonne, mais pas extraordinaire. Certains plats étaient un peu trop salés (les crevettes & le pain piri piri).
Les serveurs étaient gentils, mais le service était vraiment lent… Nous avons attendu plus d'une heure & demi avant de recevoir les plats principaux. Les serveurs se sont excusés & ont dit que cela était dû à une erreur de communication. Malgré tout, les clients arrivés après nous avaient reçu leurs plats rapidement.
Expérience décevante au Keela, mais nous sommes peut-être tombés sur une mauvaise soirée & que c'était une situation exceptionnelle.
A true hidden gem in Montreal! Chef Johnny & Owner Kristen have created one of the city's finest dining experiences. The menu features dishes you won't find anywhere else; like the celery root carpaccio, a melt-in-your-mouth masterpiece. The salmon tartare is exquisite, the piri piri shrimp is packed with flavor, & the flatbreads, steaks, & burgers are all top-tier. & the fries? Some of the best I've ever had. With reasonable prices, a great atmosphere, & unforgettable flavors, this spot is an absolute must-visit!
Petit resto de quartier bien charmant ! Le service était très sympa. La nourriture super bonne! Nous avons pris les crevettes, quel délice, le pain piri piri est vraiment bon & que dire du carpacio de celeri rave, il fond dans la bouche. Il y avait un guitariste qui ajoutait beaucoup à l'ambiance du resto :)
Good vibe, disappointing food. The piri-piri bread was pretty tasty, & the cocktails were decent, but both our entrees were disappointing. We enjoyed the live music, & the place has a nice "neighborhood bistro" feel. Just wish the food were better.

Had a lovely time here! The food was absolutely incredible, celery root carpaccio on point, a lovely tartare, the piri piri flat bread was absolutely delicious & the shrimp were perfect. Kristen's wine recommendation hit the mark (a funky yet approachable Mencia from Portugal) & the hospitality & service were outstanding. Truly a gem in Montreal! C'était notre première visite à ce restaurant. Quelle expérience merveilleuse! Nous avons mangé un pain piri-piri en entrée...quel délice. Par la suite, nous avons décidé de prendre le poulet de Cornouailles qui était succulent. Notre serveuse Kristin nous a suggéré un excellent vin pour accompagner le tout. La nourriture est d'excellente qualité & nous y retournerons très certainement.

Le pain piri piri était très bon & les crevettes en entrée étaient FABULEUSES (la sauce est écoeurante)!
Nous sommes venus pour les huitres à 1$ (mardis) mais on s'est laissé tenter par autres plats & nous n'en sommes pas du tout déçu!

What an EXCELLENT meal!!! Truly so delicious! We had piri piri flat bread, octopus, ribs & burgers & natural red wine. Everyone was so lovely & knowledgeable. & it was packed when we arrived for our reservation so the secret is clearly out! So looking forward to going back again soon!
