This is the best vegan restaurants we have ever been to (& for reference I've been vegan for 30 years & have been lucky to try a lot of great vegan restaurants all over the world). The food taste like upscale, elevated fine dining vegan food with lovely presentation. This is not your typical vegan junk food with vegan faux meat type of restaurant. Every single dish we tried was amazing & the presentation outstanding. 5 star amazing that I can't stop thinking about it. Their freshly made sourdough focaccia is the best I've ever had & the reason I chose to dine here; the eggplant scallops were scrumptious; the dumplings with peanut butter sauce the ultimate comfort food; the drinks were fantastic with beautifully presented carrot ginger lime juice; & I am seriously regretting that we didn't order dessert. The ambiance is warm & welcoming, & the owner is awesome & down to earth. Next time we are in Montreal, this restaurant will always be on our agenda. Can't wait to dine again!Voir plus

This is the BEST vegan restaurant Ever (reviewed by a long time vegan foodie)! So rare to find a gem of a place where EVERYTHING you order is a win win & you can't go wrong with anything you select. The food is a marriage between comfort food & fine dining, crafted with all vegan whole food plant based ingredients. This is the place to wow your carnivore friends who eschew anything vegan; or to impress a date. Lovely atmosphere with incredible service & staff. The owner is so warm & welcoming. Love her vibe! Highly recommend the housemade sourdough focaccia (best I have ever had); dumplings (missing these already); loaded fries with homemade Parmesan cheese & truffle oil; pasta with eggplant; panacotta (visually stunning); the burger is fantastic (I'm selective with vegan burgers & don't like most, but this is 1 that I could eat all the time!) & the list goes on! 10/10 & if we lived in Montreal, this would be our go to place. Toujours de délicieux plats quand nous allons au Tendresse. Les'calmars' de champignons sont un must! Les dumplings sont incroyables, juste assez piquants, absolument délicieux. Le service est toujours impeccable, nous aimons y retourner dès que nous allons à Montréal.Voir plus

I had the perfect dining experience at Tendresse! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly & attentive staff who immediately made me feel welcome. The service was outstanding throughout the entire meal - the team was knowledgeable, accommodating, & genuinely eager to ensure I had a great experience. the atmosphere is warm & inviting & The menu offered a variety of options, with each dish being very balanced. I started with the dumpling , which was a hit! For the main course, I opted for the risotto, & it was absolutely delicious - fresh, creative, & beautifully presented!The dessert, Amande , was the perfect way to end the meal, light yet indulgent. It's clear that a lot of care & passion goes into every plate. What really sets this place apart is not just the amazing food, but the top-notch service. It's clear that the staff genuinely cares about giving you the best dining experience, & their attention to detail was on point (great wine recommendations!) Food was excellent, first & foremost. I really enjoyed the flavor profiles of what I ordered. I had the soup of the day, the dumplings, & the handcrafted ginger cactus mocktail. The soup was so tasty, it was a cold soup; beet, cucumber, & tomato. So very nice on a warm afternoon. The service was excellent, they were a reservation type restaurant, but I walked in early, just after opening & was able to get a table. They were kind enough to speak English to me without hesitation & entertained my poor French speaking skills very politely.Voir plus

Honnestly c'est un EXCELLENT restaurant Vegan. J'ai tout aimé de A à Z. Le service a été un peu long, mais chaque plat nous a ravie alors ça compensait pour l'attente. J'ai eu un gros coup de coeur pour la Focaccia, les Dumplings & le Risotto. Cela dit, c'est un peu cher pour la quantité des portions. Overallll le tendresse ne déclasse pas le Archway de sa première place dans mon coeur mais le suit de TRÈS près. PS : chouette design d'intérieur 👌🏼Voir plus

Repas excellent ! Nous sommes venus manger ce soir avec ma soeur & deux ami(e)s & nous avons tous était conquis par ce repas 100% vegan (1 seul d'entre nous est végétarien) préparé avec soin par la cheffe Kim. Nous avons bu un thé glacé infusé au citron. En entrée nous avons pris 2 tartare de tomate, 1 tacos & 1 pleurote King. On nous a fait goûter les dumplings qui était juste WOW! En plat nous avons dégustés 2 risotto & 2 mille feuille, puis nous nous sommes partagé le burger à la courge. Tout était vraiment excellent & pour finir le dessert: 3 mousse au chocolat & 1 gâteau à l'huile d'olive & crème de limoncello, de quoi terminer en beauté ! Nous avons était servis par Nicholas qui a était super accueillant & qui a su nous conseiller à merveilles. Nous reviendrons vite! Le plus: à 2 pas du métro beaudry, pour nous qui ne sommes pas véhiculé c'est vraiment topVoir plus

Excellent petit bistro végétalien où il fait bon se retrouver entre amis & partager de belles découvertes culinaires. That was one amazing meal. The only regret we have after four days in Montreal is not eating at Tendresse more than once! Each dish was special in its own way. Dumplings were great, risotto outstanding, pave amazing, king oyster calamari yummy... Drinks were very well made, & desserts were out of this world. Best restaurant in montreal, by far. Ive been there multiple times & have never been disappointed. Most often served by Rose & Andy i believe, they are super sweet & kind. Will 100% come back again & again. The food is amazing, Montréal à table was by far the best service & best food ive ever had in my life. The dumplings & focaccia are a must try. The portions are fairly small but with a whole service it's just perfect. The place is super cozy yet chic & fun. Best vegan restaurant ive ever been to.Voir plus

�The french toast was delicious. It was the perfect combination of sweet & salty. My latte was great, too.
� We were a group of 6, & there was plenty of room for us. We even had a "banquette"!

� We arrived without a reservation. The staff was nice enough to give us seats at the bar while a table for two freed up.
� The king oyster "calamari", dumplings & financier cake were delicious.

Nous avons découvert ce restaurant par hasard hier. Très bon service & excellente nourriture avec surprenants mélanges de saveurs. Essayez les gaufres aux champignons & les dumplings. Miam! Cocktails & vins de qualité. La décoration est aussi vraiment agréable avec une musique discrète. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter!
