Tbsp est perçue comme une adresse chic et calme, idéalement située entre Old Montreal et le centre, dans le cadre du W Hotel, offrant une expérience agréable pour les couples comme pour des occasions spéciales. Le service est largement loué pour son efficacité, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme, avec des conseils avisés et une attention constante tout au long du repas. La nourriture est décrite comme savoureuse, inventive et bien présentée, avec des plats et des desserts qui laissent une impression durable et un souci de zéro déchet qui caractérise parfois la cuisine. Malgré ces points forts, quelques critiques évoquent des plats servis froids lors de certaines visites et un rapport qualité prix parfois élevé, ainsi qu une expérience de brunch qui manquait d accueil et de cohérence. Globalement Tbsp ressort comme une expérience gastronomique remarquable où le cadre et le service complètent une cuisine appréciée et parfois spectaculaire, donnant envie de revenir et de recommander l adresse.
We had a great time! Everybody was wonderful but we especially loved Raluca! Great company, tips for us as first time visitors, & we never felt rushed.
Daniel was an excellent server, extremely helpful, he made us feel at home & gave us recommendations of things to do around town. This man deserves a raise!

Oliver the bartender was incredible. Best cocktails I've ever had in my life Zach the concierge was extremely knowledgeable about the city, hospitable & generous with his time Amazing hotel & experience & I highly recommend staying here. To the management, give these two guys a raise!!
Ce n'est pas la première fois que je viens & à chaque fois mon expérience est marquante! Le service est impeccable. Chloe à donner un service professionnel & amicale, ce que nous avons adoré. PA nous faisait des cocktails à la hauteur de nos goûts personnels. Bref, je recommande à 100% cet endroits.
Truly amazing dinner at TBSP. I had opted for the Festa option which was a 5 course meal to share. Every dish was unique sophisticated & packed flavors. My favorite dishes were the deer tartare & the mackerel which was shockingly good. The fish had none of the omega 3 flavor too it & was simply melting in your mouth, the preparation made this humble fish feel truly luxurious. I took 2 cocktails which had been suggested by the waiter & they were both perfect. They were cocktails which you can tell have been developed by a true Mixologist. I will most definitely comme back for dinner &/or drinks when i have the chance. Thank you for the great night!!!
I had the pleasure to get served breakfast by Daniel for 1.5 week when I was in Montreal. Daniel went above & beyond to serve me (honestly among the best hotel experiences I have had in breakfast terms). Great food as well & accomodating to my needs. Super appreciative! Many thanks
We came in around 7:30 & it was still pretty quiet but the atmosphere was still super nice. We were able to talk to each other, the music wasn't loud! Our waiter was Chloe & she was super cool & recommended us the red pepper & Parmesan focaccia, ten out of ten!
Had a great long meal (the Festa--don't get it if you are in a hurry), which was totally okay. Chloé was our attendant & her level of warmth, service & care (one of our number was Celiac) was just outstanding. Kudos to the restaurant & Chloé.
Thoughtful & delicious food. Attentive service (thanks Chloe & all!) Very instagram-worthy atmosphere & lighting. We all had the Festa prix fixe, which was excellent value.

Vraiment belle soirée avec mon chum, mention spéciale à Chloé super attentionnée avec nous & de bonne humeur & souriante on a beaucoup ri c'est sur que j'y retourne

C'était ma première fois au Tbsp., mais mon expérience a été inoubliable. Le service était excellent & rapide, & la nourriture était très bonne. Un gros merci à Chloé pour son service impeccable! Je conseille fortement ce restaurant!
I would not recommend this restaurant. Our experience began with parking; we were informed that leaving our car near the restaurant entrance was not possible & directed to use the valet service at the neighboring W hotel for $25. However, we managed to find free parking about 40 meters away from the restaurant on our own.The quality of the food was rather disappointing. We mistakenly ordered beef carpaccio, only to find out that the restaurant did not offer such a dish; it was actually beet carpaccio listed on the menu. Despite our error, the waiter accepted our request without clarification & brought us beets instead, which was frustrating. Furthermore, when we ordered a dish described as beef steak, what we received was beef cut into pieces & overcooked. Additionally, the prices for kids' drinks (non-alcoholic Shirley Temple & mojito) were equivalent to those of a glass of beer, which seemed unreasonable. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty with only ten of us for dinner, we were surprised to find an additional 18% charge on the bill for the large group size. Furthermore, the waitstaff included their gratuity in the check without consulting us, which felt presumptuous.In summary, the total price on the bill was exorbitant, considering the subpar quality of the food. We left feeling deeply disappointed; it was a regrettable experience. Don't be swayed by the attractive photos. It is difficult to call this restaurant Italian.
Amazing service, extraordinary people. I did a brunch after my civil wedding, they really took care of my guests. They even put little details into simple but elegant decoration on our table. The food was amazing. The event organizer Alexis is someone who take his job seriously & made sure we miss nothing. I even felt sick due to my pregnancy & they made sure i was comfortable. Very flexible with their planning & payment methods. My guests loved it & we plan on going back.
Celebrated my Birthday there last night & it was a phenomenal experience. The service was fantastic, the platting was beautiful. A very cozy ambiance & dope. Thank you Chef Lissade
