This hotel is in the W, it's beautiful, but the service was so slow, & the place was pretty empty. Our food was cold, & we had to ask for it to be warmed up & one of the other guest on my table ordered a dish because there was an error on hers & by the time we were all done eating we were still waiting on hers to come out. I'm staying at the hotel so I figured it would be convenient, but I don't think I'd recommend coming here for dinner. The drinks were very good.

Came here for brunch with a friend, had the Norwegian bagel which was extremely dry & solid, barely edible.

The drinks menu is good. But not much of an atmosphere. There are more places nearby with an overall better experience.
