J'ai commandé du Normandin par doordash le dasher nest jamais passer chercher ma commande. Environ 1h 1h15 plus tard j'appelle pour savoir ce qu'il ce passe la dame prend tout de suite la situation en main & en venu me porter ma commande elle même avec une belle carte cadeau en compensation même si ce n'était pas leurs fautes! Super service merci beaucoup a cette dame entre 30-50 ans chemise blanche avec tattoos sur le bras droit. La nourriture était évidemment très froide. Bref, encourager les & leurs livreurs au lieu de doordash.

Jeudi, 1er mai - souper au Normandin St -Hyacinthe en famille. Quelle déplorable expérience - l'impression de déranger, car l'hôtesse voulait nous servir le café, la soupe, le plat principal, le dessert avec crème glacée & la facture en même temps que nous devions acquitter tout de suite puisqu'elle devait partir.
J'espère que vous avez pris une photo de nous car on ne se reverras pas.
Je vous passe la fois d'avant où il n'y avait plus de frites. On nous a proposé du riz ou des patates pilées avec nos hamburgers. Sans possibilité de remplacement autres, sans frais supplémentaires !!!! 🤨

La nourriture était très bonne mais la serveuse était typée arrogante. On a attendu une bonne heure pour avoir un service alors que le restaurant était vide. Notre vielle serveuse n'arrêtais pas de lever les yeux au ciel lorsqu'on demandais quelque choses.
