Oufff... première expérience avec ce resto & assurément la dernière. Nourriture plus qu'ordinaire. J'ai jamais mangé un club sandwich si peu garni.... Nourriture arrivée à moitié froide. serveur & serveuse si rapide qu'ils ne prennent même pas le temps d'écouter ta réponse quand ils te posent une question. Très décevant

Je suis un client assidu du restaurant Normandin en présence ou par livraison. J'ai fait une commande en ligne. J'ai fait une erreur en inscrivant à emporter plutôt que livraison. J'ai appelé au restaurant pour faire le changement. L'employé qui m'a répondu était très bien & m'a transféré à un gérant en devoir. Il a refusé de faire le changement. Chez Normandin pour ce gérant, l'informatique gère les humains. Il n'a démontré aucune adaptation & souci de la clientèle. Je vais y penser par deux fois avant d'y retourner. J'admets qu'à l'origine de la commande que c'était mon erreur. Il aurait été facile d'être un peu sensible à ma demande ou m'expliquer pourquoi le changement ne pouvait pas être effectué....
