Used to be a 5 now a 3.... So much loud talking without staff asking them to be quite. Had girls screaming under the waterfall.... Paid a lot of money for a quiet, relaxing day & got obnoxious talking & screaming. Wasted hundreds. My husband had a massage & the therapist waited almost 15 minutes for him to'change'(we are already wearing suits) so started the 1hour massage 15 minutes late & ended of course on time. Paid for an hour got 45 minutes. I can say that my massage was spectacular. Left me 2-3 minutes to get into the massage bed (absolutely normal) so got the full hour. I highly recommend Svetlana.View more

My husband & I enjoy going here during the week, taking the day off together while kids are at school. It's a nice spa, close to the city. This being said, be very careful because if you reserve the thermal experience you CANNOT cancel. They will charge you, even if you try changing the date/canceling well in advance. This policy is thievery & should be reported to consumer protection. Anyone should be allowed to cancel or change an appointment with 48 hours notice. You should not be allowed to lock people in like that, as many unexpected things can happen, & to charge someone who tries to give notice is simply bad business.View more
Staff was extremely welcoming both at the reception & at the restaurant. Some improvements can be made such as the overhaul of the robes for instance, we were given overused robes. Ensure that clients keep their voices down (the experience was a noisy one) & a clear sign at the entrance that you need to wait in line inside at the reception depending on your choice of visit. The food was good & the spa experience was good. The bathrooms were clean.View more
I only went for a massage & it was amazing . (My massage was done by Simon) I always ask for him. Their thermal experience is not so great , I never really get a chance to enjoy myself in the unwinding areas as it gets too packed & you never really find a space for yourself. No matter what time it is it hard to settle in a quiet area. You would have to show up & hope that there are only 7 -10 people attending this facilityView more

Il y a beaucoup de stationnement, le personnel est chaleureux. L'endroit est bien aménagé , mais petit & peu de place pour s'allonger. Le massage n'inclus pas l'accès aux bains thermal . La nourriture est bonne . Je recommande d'y aller sur semaine pour avoir plus d'espace.View more

Mon conjoint a booké un massage en surprise 4 jours avant le rv. Le RV (à un moment non achalandé de la journée) ne fonctionnait pas avec mon horaire. J'ai appelé 24 h avant le rv pour annuler. Je donne une étoile supplémentaire simplement pour l'employé qui a tenté de parlé à sa supérieure pour expliquer la situation. La manager a finalement appliqué la politique de simplement charger les ferais complètement comme solution sans offrir de modifier le moment du rv ou offrir flexibilité dans un contexte de cadeau surprise. La vue est magnifique mais il y avait beaucoup de gens qui ne respectaient pas les signaux du silence. Il n'y avait personne pour entervenir. J'ai fait la police deux fois mais après je me suis dit que c'était inutile. Le lieu pourrait être mieux entretenu.View more
J'ai acheté deux entrées saison haute pour un cadeau & cela m'a pris tellement d'effort pour juste réserver ma place, que cela commence vraiment mal! La réservation en ligne avec mon compte ne marche pas, j'essaye d'appeler mais personne te répond, le service de rappel ne fonctionne pas (une belle voix d'ordinateur te dit que quelqu'un va te rappeler), j'envoie un email, reçois un message automatique disant qu'on me répondra dans 2 jours, 4 jours après rien, impossible de réserver en ligne, ça ne fonctionne pas....va comprendre, j'utilise le chat, rien non plus, finalement je rappel dans les horaires de bureau, une dame me répond & n'a ABSOLUMENT aucune empathie & aucun sens du service....finalement j'avais réserver deux espaces (en passant par un nouveau compte) à deux heures différentes (9H & 9H30), on me répond que c'est IMPOSSIBLE de déplacer la réservation de 9H à 9H30 pour que mon invitée & moi soyons sur le même horaire (genre à 30 minutes de différence, le matin!!! Really! - Je regrette vraiment d'avoir dépenser autant d'argent pour ce SPA.... & en lisant tous les commentaires, je réalise que mon cas est loin d'être l'unique. Les installations & les services proposés étaient de première qualité, contribuant à une expérience globalement excellente. Cependant, il est important de mentionner que le processus de départ nécessite des améliorations. Le site web n'est pas clair en ce qui concerne les prix etc. L'expérience Thermale ne vaut pas le prix:Pas de collation gratuite, aucune intimité (Quantité de personnes> capacité du site, on dirait une piscine municipale, places au chaud saturé), les gens se collent dans l'eau & tout bref. L'expérience thermal ne sait pas passé comme ce qui m'avait été expliqué (Vos appels sont enregistrés, à vous de voir) Réponse connotation raciste du personnel : D'après ce qui m'a été dit au téléphone, le site disposait d'un très grand bassin ou on a pas à se frotter avec tout le monde mais une fois là-bas j'ai réalisé qu'il s'agissait de 2 petits bassins à température élevée. Après avoir poser une simple question concernant la grandeur des bassin a un membre du staff, celui-ci me répondit : « Nous, ici nous aimons l'intimité » .Qu'est ce que cela veut dire ? Absolutely loved my experience, from the easy online reservation to the check-out at the end of my blissful spa day. Even though there was a crowd, I found that people respected the silence rule, so it didn't feel hectic. Location is beautiful & adds to the Nordic atmosphere. The Strom massage pairs perfectly with the thermal experience. Massotherapist was professional & attentive to my needs. I adored all the saunas, hot & cold baths as well as the relaxation rooms. The restaurant was the cherry on top although a tad pricey, but you definitely get your money's worth. Perfect escapade from the city life without having to go that far. Felt like a million bucks at the end of my spa day. Looking forward to my next visit.View more

What a fun surprise! I'd never heard of this kind of thing, but it was a low price & a really great experience! We also ate in the restaurant, which was incredible but also expensive, be prepared for that. We paid 80 per person for the spa, & approx 110 for 2 for dinner with one drink. My coworkers are all going after seeing the photos & the price! Amazing, this is an excellent anniversary idea or birthday getaway!View more
