"Used to be a 5 now a 3.... So much loud talking without staff asking them to be quite. Had girls screaming under the waterfall.... Paid a lot of money for a quiet, relaxing day and got obnoxious talking and screaming. Wasted hundreds. My husband had a massage and the therapist waited almost 15 minutes for him to'change'(we are already wearing suits)..."
