We were in this morning at 12:30 for brunch. Who the hell packages my pancakes & eggs & bacon like this. What a waste of food. Took this home to eat later because the serving was huge. All garbage now.
An outstanding café for a good brunch. The pancakes & French toast were huge & very tasty. The service was very friendly. & we will definitely returning.

Went on a chilly Tuesday morning so we had to wait a bit to get a inside table. It took a bit of time before we got our food. The blueberry ice tea was refreshing & I loved the blueberry lemon pancakes. I appreciate the options to choose your choice of bread & the side dish. The service was not as present & a bit slow. The decorations were not as interesting as their Notre-Dame location but still cool.
Decadent brunch dishes. My partner craved fluffy pancakes & boy does this place deliver. Took a 3 hour walk after brunch & still felt completely stuffed. Sat on the busy terrace out front on a warm weekday about noon. Service friendly - left us to enjoy & didn't hurry us out.
My boyfriend & I came here for lunch. We got there early to line up before the lunch rush, they don't take reservations. We waited 25 minutes.
We sat on the outside patio. It was hot, but we were in the shade which was nice.
We started off with an iced matcha & a cold brew. I've had better matcha elsewhere, so definitely try something else off the drink menu. The cold brew was good.
I got the classic eggs benedict. The portion looked small, but it was actually very filling. The ham did get a little salty towards the end, but still really good. The poached eggs & potatoes were amazing. The true star of the meal was the hollandaise sauce, it was super.
My boyfriend got the'have it all' breakfast. It came with eggs, sausage, ham, bacon, potatoes, beans, french toast, & a pancake. Everything was great, & it was nice to be able to try a wide variety of foods in one plate.
Staff was super friendly, & service was great. We would definitely come back.
L'Avenue is the first place we took my niece in Montreal. We wanted her to experience L' Avenue, from the good food & the great staff, the artand generally good vibes. I ordered the californian omelette. It was huge & light & fluffy at the same time. My husband & my niece both got the Tiramisu french toast. They both liked it.It did however reminded me of Eataly's Tiramisu pancakes which I loved. Needless to say, my niece loved her exprience at L' Avenue. for parking are few & far bet
Parking - it was only metered street parking, we came early so we found parking pretty easily but when we were leaving we could see that spaces were few. & far between.
Prices - Although I love this place, I do think it's a bit pricey for what it is.With that said, I consider this a tourist stop for Montreal.
Je suis allé plusieurs fois & c'est toujours excellent. Le service (le personnel est tres aimable) & le menu. Une petite chose, veuillez SVP offrir à nouveau les pancakes apple bacon cheddar, c'était incroyable & ça me manque tellement.

L'Avenue was amazing! The portions were huge & the food was incredibly satisfying. I had the Bobby Does Dallas & the classic Eggs Benedict, both packed with flavour & very filling
The blueberry pancakes were also delicious.
Ceaser was one of the best I've had in Montreal. Would come back for brunch again.
11 out of 10 brunch experience. It's 100000% worth the wait. I am still having wet dreams about the lemon blueberry pancake I got with the indecisive menu. The eggs were super fluffy as well. Also 12 out of 10 bathrooms LOL

Such a fun breakfast with kids! Over the top menu of classics with a twist. The'indecisive' options are incredible & enough food to keep you full until dinner! The pancakes with blueberry compote & lemon curd were a standout. Service was friendly & welcoming. Make sure to use the bathroom before you leave & choose from the disco party or street art themes!
Great brunch if a little on the pricey side. I hade the'indecisive' with sticky toffee pudding pancakes & they were incredible. I'm a huge fan of their indecisive options, because they combine traditional breakfast (eggs, sausage, bread) with a sweet option. Great sweat & savoury brunch! Others ordered the tiramisu French toast & eggs Benedict which were solid.
The ambiance is a little odd & a little intense for brunch but nothing that impacts the meals. The bathrooms are weird with lots of flashing disco lights. I thought they were fun but I can see people finding them stressful.
Repas délicieux & excellent service! Je recommande fortement les combos avec le pain doré chocolat Dubaï ou le combo avec les pancakes bleuets & citron! Nous sommes allés manger un dimanche matin & c'était assez achalandé! Pas trop d'attente, mais les tables à l'intérieur sont un peu trop rapprochées les unes des autres selon moi…
Had a group brunch there on a Monday & it was so delicious & the staff were the best!!! Highly suggest getting a lemon blueberry pancake for the table!!

The food did not meet the hype. Our French toast had a soapy taste, the pancake was too dry, the potatoes very greasy. The best part of our brunch was the orange juice, tbh. Service was great & the atmosphere was nice once the restaurant quieted down a bit.
Exceptional food & very upbeat, friendly staff. We had the Strawberry Nutella pancakes, Lemon Blueberry pancakes, a Veggie Omelette, & Huevos Rancheros. The flavours were decadent & amazing & they nailed every detail. Our server, Yasmina was amazing. Can't wait to go back!
What a fun place! The menu is very creative. The team is so nice & stylish! Everyone seems to fit the style of this very neat diner. The food was great! I had the California Omelette & the stacked pancakes with Nutella & Strawberries! Lots & lots of food but had to try both as they looked really good...& delicious they were for sure! The location is great. The neighborhood is live & bustling! I Will definitely come back. Kudos to the team & the owners of this place! The bathrooms are super fun actually! Disco themed...
