Let's start with the motorcycle hanging above the diners' heads. I have no idea what inspired that choice, but if it ever falls, it's game over for anyone sitting below.
The food wasn't bad, for $24.99, you get two pancakes, two eggs, some potatoes, & three strips of bacon. The eggs could use some seasoning since they were bland, though not terrible. The pancakes were tasty but way too thick.
Booths get physical menus, while smaller tables have to scan a code, which feels a bit inconsistent.
Overall, the experience was pretty average.
The bathrooms have an odd after-hours vibe, with Barbie & Ken signs on the doors more like drunk Barbie & Ken. I'm petite, & even I had trouble getting out of the stall.
A very welcoming space. I spent my birthday last sunday with 16 of my girls & we had a blast.
From the services to the staff, we enjoyed every moment.

Tout est bon là-bas mais vraiment tout, même un simple chocolat chaud ils l'ont porté à un autre niveau de goût 😀.
Mais ce qui rajoute à leur qualité, c'est le service de leurs employés. Souriants, polis, aimables, soucieux, efficaces & vraiment attentionnés. Une mention spéciale à Fetrat qui reste toujours fidèle à son excellent service. 👌
We came in very late around 3:35 & honestly weren't expecting fresh food since it's almost the end of the day. But the food & service didn't disappoint at all. One of the best potatoes I've had. Pancakes were a 10/10 service was amazing so was the atmosphere & most importantly it was sooo fresh.
Second time at this location as I was passing through Laval. Just as good as I remember it to be!
We got the duck eggs benny, & the indecisive in the lemon blueberry pancake as one & strawberry pancake as the second dish. All the food was delicious! We tried the matcha latte & the pistachio latte. From the whipped cream to the potatoes to the lattes. The portions are generous & delicious all around. This was just as good as I remember it 2 years ago. Staff are so kind & patient. Atmosphere is unique as the wall art & decor give a street vibe. Would recommend to anyone looking for a brunch spot!

Food was very tasty & the waiters & waitresses are very nice. Unfortunately one of our plate came without the right kind of bread, the brought the good one but the food went cold & they happily re-heated everything.
I had such a lovely brunch with two of my girlfriends! We were warmly welcomed & served by Voula, the manager, who was absolutely wonderful 😊 She was attentive throughout our visit, checking in often to make sure we had everything we needed. I especially appreciated her thoughtful touch when she noticed I was sharing my lemon blueberry pancakes 🍋🫐 with my friends & brought us extra sharing plates without us even asking. Small gestures like that really make the experience special. Great food, great atmosphere, & excellent service - we'll definitely be back!
J'ai adoré mon déjeuner. L'ambiance & l'atmosphère était super. Les oeufs béné classique c'est à se rouler part terre. Voula la gérante est super acceuillante. Le café aux pistaches WOW! Je recommende fortement L'Avenue sur St Martin a Laval. A quand un resto à Québec.

I've been wanting to try this spot for a while & finally decided to go since we were in the area & it made for a nice birthday brunch. The Laval location has a cozy vibe, the décor is stylish, & the service was warm & attentive.
Food-wise, it was a mixed experience:
- The Indecisive Sticky Toffee Pancake: very sweet, & I could only manage a few bites (3/5). Definitely one for people with a big sweet tooth.
- Classic Benedict: excellent, soft buttery English muffins with ham, egg, & sauce all perfectly balanced. Great texture & taste (4.5/5).
- Potatoes: perfectly seasoned & crisp, easily the standout side (5/5).
- Latte: unfortunately a letdown, felt watered down & lacked depth of flavour (2/5).
I also wanted to try the matcha & strawberry drink on the menu, but it wasn't available, which was a little disappointing.
Overall, despite a few misses, the food was enjoyable & I'd still recommend checking this place out especially for brunch. I'd definitely come back to try more from the menu.

Je tiens à rehausser un peu la note générale de ce restaurant qui mérite plus que 4.1*
The service was really good, i have to say also that the environment was very calm at 8:30am on a sunday morning. The whole meal was made with great quality ingredients. & globaly very satisfied, a big plus is the real maple syrup on the table that in my opinion is a shame for other restaurant in Quebec not to have any.. maybe the only down side for us was that the potatoes have a little bit too much added to it, too much garlic, I would personaly prefer it tasty but more simply seasoned. I strongly advise people to go discover it on an early subday morning after opening when you have very little people there, it IS an enjoyable experience !
