We were a big group & all our food came at the same time.
Food's portions are very large.

The food at L'Avenue is genuinely impressive. Portions are huge, so go hungry. Everything we ordered was well prepared & flavorful. The lattes were also a highlight-amazing match lattes with a twist that complemented the meal perfectly. Whether you are there for brunch or lunch, the kitchen delivers consistently satisfying dishes.

Service was impeccable. The staff were attentive, professional, & efficient throughout our visit. From the moment we walked in to the time we left, we felt well taken care of. It is rare to find service this polished at a casual dining spot, & L'Avenue deserves full marks here.

Atmosphere: 4/5

The atmosphere is nice & pleasant, but it does not go that extra mile to make it truly interesting or memorable. The space is comfortable & well kept, but it lacks a distinctive character or wow factor that would elevate the overall experience. It is perfectly fine for a meal, but not a place you would visit solely for the ambiance.

Verdict:

L'Avenue is a great choice for a satisfying meal with generous portions, delicious food, & outstanding service. While the atmosphere is pleasant but unremarkable, the quality of the food & service more than makes up for it. I would definitely return & recommend it to others seeking a reliable & enjoyable dining experience in Laval.

Nous voulions essayer un endroit différent pour le déjeuner, alors nous avons choisi Restaurant L'Avenue Laval sur recommandation. En regardant le menu, ce n'était pas facile de faire un choix tellement il y avait de bonnes options. Finalement, j'ai commandé des oeufs Bénédicte, accompagnés de pommes de terre déjeuner & d'un jus d'orange fraîchement pressé. La présentation de l'assiette était encore plus soignée que ce à quoi je m'attendais. Les oeufs étaient cuits exactement comme je les aime & la sauce était parfaitement équilibrée. Les prix ne sont pas les plus bas, mais les portions compensent largement. Je recommande sans hésiter cet endroit à ceux qui veulent profiter d'un bon déjeuner de fin de semaine.

Service à la clientèle correct, mais l'expérience a malheureusement été très décevante.

Le principal problème a été le temps d'attente. Nous avons attendu près d'une heure avant d'être servis, alors que nous étions déjà installés à notre table. Personne n'est venu nous informer du retard; nous avons dû demander nous-mêmes au serveur ce qui se passait.

Lorsque les plats sont finalement arrivés, la qualité n'était malheureusement pas au rendez-vous. Les patates étaient sèches & semblaient presque brûlées. Les fèves étaient plutôt ordinaires, & seule la saucisse était vraiment savoureuse. Le bacon était beaucoup trop cuit, à la limite du brûlé. J'ai également commandé les crêpes aux pêches, mais elles manquaient de saveur & ont été une grande déception.

Au final, je ne recommande pas cet établissement. J'avais eu une bien meilleure expérience au restaurant de Montréal, mais celui de Laval n'est malheureusement pas à la hauteur.

Me & my boyfriend were served by Loan & she is just amazing she was training a Young girl on her first day & clearly I could see her service she was patient & super professional just because of her & of course because of the food I recommend this testa to anyone that want to have an amazing brunch experience in Laval

Breakfast is breakfast but L' Avenue is the breakfast place to go.
Was really impressed with my plate, especially their baked potatoes, bacon & their blueberry lemon pancake, is the bomb.
Laura was polite & nice. Highly recommend!!
