Definitely Not the best restaurant overrated Yes wasn't impressed with the Food at all. Over priced overrated will I ever come back to eat at this establishment NOT AT ALL !!! I've seen & eaten at better far more better Restaurants. I ordered octopus salad & capatelli's as the main Meal & I've could have counted easily 12-15 pieces & having the audacity to charge ridiculously amount for what I was charged. I could have easily eaten better at other decent restaurants & I've could have gotten more food for my bang. Never again rest assured

Not great for group events. Upstairs looks like a cluttered attic. Food presentation is not impressive. Management is not responsive.

4.5 stars. Their lunch menu is perfect, great service. I really enjoyed my experience. One of my favorite restaurants in Montréal.

The space at Graziella feels calm & polished, perfect for a leisurely lunch or a quiet catch-up.
The food itself was decent. Flavours were there, presentation was nice, nothing groundbreaking but solid.
Here's where it fell apart: the service was painfully slow. What's frustrating is that it wasn't even that busy. Aside from a company group, the restaurant was fairly quiet. There were more than enough staff on floor & in the kitchen to handle the flow, but dishes & drinks still took forever to come out.
It's a shame, because the ambiance & food had potential for a lovely lunch. But when the pace drags like that, it takes away from the whole experience.

La cuisine était un peu décevante, je me demande si c'est parce que c'était un souper conférence de groupe avec un menu pré établi. Je donnerai la chance au coureur en l'essayant une autre fois avec le menu régulie

Just the best Italian restaurant in Montreal. I have been going to this restaurant for business lunches for the past 5 years & they continue to impress me.
Although far from your traditional Italian restaurant, they food selection & quality is unmatched.

Une institution culinaire à Montréal. Une cuisine italienne exquise, raffinée. La cuisine de Graziella ne ment pas, année après année. Une ambiance chaleureuse & heureuse. Un personnel attentionné, avec un service impeccable. On y passe un bon moment, entre amis, pour affaires, en famille ou seul.

Highly recommend this restaurant. Great ambience & food was excellent. Service was outstanding & the pace in which each plate was brought out was just right. Very nice wine selection & the mixed drinks were also properly done, as one should expect for a fine dining type establishment.

Un service exceptionnel ! Hugo a été un serveur remarquable : professionnel, chaleureux, attentionné & toujours souriant. Il a su rendre notre expérience encore plus agréable par sa gentillesse & son efficacité. Un vrai atout pour l'établissement. Merci Hugo, on reviendra avec plaisir !

Excellent food & service in a very pleasant atmosphere. Waiter suggested an excellent wine with dinner that didn't break the bank! Would love to return.
