Arrived a 20h50 on friday 4th September we ordered 3 starters 1 risotto mushroom & the fish of the day , we took some cocktails & wine by the glass the food & drinks were delicious but when the waiter came to clear the dishes around 22h20 ( & by the way our original waiter was nowhere to be seen as he was already chatting away at the bar ) he mumbled something about dessert , we thought he said something like he was coming back with the dessert menu as I was finishing my glass of wine but after a while seeing that no one was coming back we decided to call him & asked about dessert only to be told that it was too late cause the kitchen was closed & that it was his mistake as he thought he asked us about dessert .....we are used to go to very good restaurants in the area just last week we were at D..sia & the waiter made sure to ask if we wanted some dessert before the kitchen closed as we were already past 11pm another restaurant with a butterfly name not far from there too always make sure to ask us if we want dessert as they know we are always late eaters .....but at graziella it seems that's once your bill reaches 350ish dollar the waiter is happy with the potential tip made & do not bother carry on with the service .....in conclusion, very good food yes but as far as ambiance it's OK but nothing wow but I could live with that.... but to receive such bad service on a Friday night at this level of price tag ...well if that's the price to pay I d rather spend another 780 $ down the road in an outstanding ambiance , a fabulous menu with dessert & a flawless service .....i knew I should have picked my other choice for that evening , but to end on a positiviiiish note :
we really enjoyed the food but not enough to come back for the experience as a whole ps : maybe ask the waiter to check the center of those greyish plates for water marks that looks like they are dirty when the light reflects on them , i m sure they are water marks from the dishwasher but a little polish with a cloth before putting on the table wouldn't do any harm just as you would do with your glasses ....or it might be a sign to change the plates as maybe they became porous in the middle with the time & they retain some kind of stains.

As a chef, I pay close attention to technique, balance, presentation, & the quality of ingredients-& Graziella truly impressed me.

The pasta was beautifully executed, with excellent texture & perfectly balanced flavors. Every plate showed precision & a strong understanding of Italian cuisine. The presentation was elegant & refined without losing the soul of the food.

The service was professional, knowledgeable, & attentive throughout the evening, & the atmosphere was sophisticated & welcoming.

A truly memorable Italian dining experience in Old Montreal. Graziella is definitely a restaurant I would recommend to anyone who appreciates serious Italian cooking & beautiful execution.

We got married here last September, & the entire experience was beyond pleasant. From the management team to the waitstaff, everything ran smoothly & seamlessly, making the whole process stress-free & enjoyable.

The food was absolutely delicious & everything was served perfectly. The staff were attentive, professional, & made our special day even more memorable.

We highly recommend this restaurant for an intimate wedding or special gathering!

Had a late reservation but staff was welcoming as if we were first of the night! Waitstaff(Mossin( sorry if misspelled), & Clement) was pleasant attentive & helpful with wine recommendations.
Thanks to the Chefs for the zucchini flower & octopus apps in addition to the seared tuna special. Delicious & well presented. Cheers

It was good, full of flavor, but for that price I was expecting a bigger portion. I took the bifsteak, wine & a dessert.

All the men's in our table were still hungry after...

If you want your stomach to be full, expect to have a 3, 4 courses meal & to spend at least 150$ per person.

Lunch menu. The most uninspired underwhelming meal I have ever had. Less than ordinary. Highly overrated & overpriced. The only serving grace was our server. Very personable.

We had dinner there on Saturday, the food was excellent. Our waiter Arno was amazing. Beautiful zen atmosphere. The ravioli was excellent. Our vesper martinis were epic.

Une expérience tout simplement divine. Tout est parfait, du début à la fin. Le décor est magnifique, le personnel attentionné & chaleureux, la sélection de vins est exceptionnelle & l'expérience gastronomique est mémorable. Même les salles de bains sont superbes, c'est dire le souci du détail. Un endroit où chaque visite devient un vrai moment de plaisir. À découvrir absolument.
