Display Alldim sum(61) dishes(19) chinese(17) cart(13) quality(11) tip(10) authentic(9) dumpling(9) tasty(8)The vegetarian dishes were good, lots of options (some with mock meat) & price was reasonable. We went in the late afternoon & ordered both from the dinner menu & dim sum menu, but the dim sum was not fresh. I find the restaurant's hygiene concerning. Several tea cups were not cleaned properly with lipstick, there were flies flying around.View more
Nothing beats nostalgia with dimsum carts! The dimsum ladies pushing the cart were super nice & friendly. 10/10 for service. I'd come back only for the dimsum cart. Food was average - the soup dumpling was cold & a lot of the items were overpriced.View more
Dim sum was chewy & not very tasty. maybe I am spoiled because I always compare dim sum restaurants with San Francisco's yang sing but this was a bit of a disappointment in all honestyView more
For a guy who spends at least 2 months a year in china 3 stars is even to high. No where near the dim sum of china. Just ok. I never have it in montreal but a friend invited us so I went. Really not worth the calories.View more
I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Benny for providing delicious dim sum for our corporate event. The delivery was punctual, & Benny, along with the driver, went above & beyond by helping us bring the food into the building. Exceptional service & mouth-watering dishes-highly recommended!View more
I visited this restaurant after seeing some reviews & decided to give it a try. It has the typical ambiance of a Dim Sum spot, though it leaned heavily into common stereotypes. Unfortunately, the variety of Dim Sum was lacking, & the service left much to be desired. While our hostess was very kind & made us feel welcome, we were seated in a corner & waited over 30 minutes before anyone offered us water or checked in.
The selection was limited, & instead of pushing the carts around, they left them parked in the corner, so we had to keep asking for items. In the end, we only received five dishes before deciding to leave, as staples like chicken feet, shu mai, & hum bao were unavailable.
The only good things about the place was that the food is seasoned & it has flavor, & the egg tarts were good, the over service was sub par.View more
We decided to try this spot for dim sum in Montreal, as it seemed like a promising option. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We were seated in a separate room where service was extremely slow, & the dim sum cart rarely came by. The food wasn't great either, it lacked flavor. For example, the pan-fried radish cake tasted like it had way too much flour, which threw off the texture & taste. Overall, we didn't feel well taken care of, so we paid the bill & left a 10% tip, which we felt was generous given the service. To our surprise, the server came over to count the money & told us the tip wasn't enough, which we found very rude. Given the level of service, we felt that 10% was more than fair.View more
One of the only Dim Sum places always ready in the morning with chinese broccoli & our favorite desserts- Doufuhua & lotus paste sesame balls. (They also have the red bean ones, but I can only eat the lotus ones.)View more
Excellent hidden spot. The classic dim sum took me back to childhood. Delicious with great serviceView more
Best dim sum in Montreal, best flavour & quick service. Truly the best.View more
Great restaurant for dim sum. Get ready for a wait, but once inside take a load off. Would recommend ordering some Chrysantheum tea & get your stamp card to order some goodies off their carts!View more
I have dim sum here everytime I visit Montreal & I've had dinner here a few times as well. Some strangely negative reviews here but they seem to be from people who don't leave tip. I've been coming here for years, it is my go to place for dim sum in Montreal.View more
Best dim sum in the city, hands down. Fast & delicious.View more

Great place for dim sum! Their egg tarts are so good!View more
My favorite dim sum restaurant in Montreal. Best selection of dishes. Very popular in weekends. Recommend going before noon if you don't want to wait for too long. Credit cards accepted but they add extra charges.View more
The dim sum menu did not have prices. Is that normal? Some of the dishes were aggressively salty. That combined with a lack of water (& one tiny teapot for a table of 7 that was never refilled) left us feeling very parched. We asked for a refill on the tea but never received it. The service was friendly otherwise. Still, the dishes tasted good other than the saltiness. Portions were good as well.View more
Daily dim sum during the week is less good than on weekends. I did notice what felt like purposeful over charging which has been mentioned by othered (maybe the tea is 7-8$?). Many dishes here are very good. I'll continue to come but will check bill as they mark it, & I will really try to go on weekends only for dim sum. I may also order from main menu during week days.View more
The service & atmosphere of the place are amazing. Although, the dim sum... well, I'm not here to criticize the food, but no one likes it. Including me.View more
Une des meilleures places au Quartier Chinois (Chinatown) où manger (喝茶) des "dim sum". Argent comptant ✓ ou carte de crédit acceptée ✓View more
Dim sum at night may not be traditional, but they had nearly their entire menu of dim sum items (as well as many other Chinese dishes) available at 8:30 & were still seating people until 9:15. Delicious, with friendly service & not crowded at that hour. Apparently the slightly tattered tablecloths are a tradition not a sign of neglect.View more
This prob the best dim sum place Lots of dim sum selections Staffs are kind & friendly to explain the items We had a great time hereView more
Used to be a great place for weekend dimsum. Now it's way, way overpriced. I won't be going there anymore, can't afford it. Cost me $70! Franchement! On a side note, the bathrooms were disgusting. There's no way to lock the stall door & there didn't appear to be anyone maintaining them.View more
View more
The dim sum is not good here, at all. The wraparound of the dumplings are thick & dry, & the filling for the "soup" dumplings are dry The service is horrible, they were not niceView more
