La viande a une cuisson parfaite qui permet de ressentir toute la tendresse de la viande qui se lie parfaitement au goût fumé qui est annoncé dans l'intitulé du plat. Excellent choix de repas dans le menu. Il y a des repas adaptés pour les enfants. Leur club sandwich est l'un des plus généreux que j'ai vu en restauration. Notre serveuse était charmante & bienveillante. C'était son anniversaire & elle a même offert des parts de gâteau (gratuitement) à mes enfants de son propre gâteau.
