This beautiful & amazing place is truly charming!!! My friends & I were warmly welcomed by a wonderful & attentive team☺?☺?☺?. Nadir & Nizar made our lunchtime a truly memorable experience. They welcomed us & made feel us right at home.
The food was delicious, with a wide variety & an excellent selection of drinks!!! & the setting itself is absolutely stunning
This is definitely a place worth visiting!!! I would not hesitate to return....& I will be sure to recommend it to others.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this restaurant. Nadir & Nizar were extremely kind, warm, & welcoming. They went above & beyond to make sure everything was perfect!
I left feeling not only satisfied but already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an excellent & cozy dining experience!
Nadir & Nizar made us feel extremely comfortable, starting from an exquisite sent from the patio entrance & an amazing demonstration of palosanto sent. It was an amazing experience, fully recommend it.
Balam was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The restaurant was recommended to us by Derrick at RH the rooftop next door, & it couldn't have been a better choice.
As soon as we stepped in, Nizar welcomed us warmly with a big smile that immediately set the tone for the evening. Then Nadir took the experience to another level with a beautiful performance using their essential oils before walking us to our table; such a unique & memorable touch that made us feel truly special.
The food & drinks were absolutely delicious, perfectly prepared & beautifully presented. On top of that, the service was flawless; attentive, friendly, & genuinely 5-star.
This place is a gem, & the team here really knows how to create a remarkable dining experience. Highly recommend!
Great experience at Balam, even without a reservation. While we had to sit outside, the staff went above & beyond to make us comfortable. Shout-out to the manager who personally adjusted a heat lamp next to our table! That thoughtfulness is a perfect example of their dedication to guest comfort.
The service was on point from our waiter to the manager, checked in genuinely to ensure we had everything we needed. & then there's the food-it was great, perfectly prepared, & absolutely delicious.
Between the incredible attention to detail, the warm & attentive team, & the fantastic meal, Balam is a standout. We will absolutely be back soon, & we're definitely bringing our friends! Highly, highly recommended.
Balam is such a great spot! The food tastes super fresh & authentic. the pescado & guac were amazing. The vibe is cozy & chill, & the staff were really friendly & welcoming. Honestly felt like a place you just want to come back to again & again. Definitely recommend if you're craving good Mexican food! 🌮

Valmont a offert un service impeccable : attentif, rapide & toujours courtois. Grâce à lui, l'expérience au restaurant a été vraiment agréable du début à la fin.
I went to balam for an anniversary dinner with my fiancé & had the best experience. The food is incredible, I recommend the fish of the day plate & the ceviche, both were to die for. & the service was outstanding, everyone was so kind & accommodating. We will be returning!!
We sat at the bar & had an amazing time. Received great service from all the staff. The food was delicious, elevated & authentic which is hard to find. I loved their ceviches & fish tacos. The cocktails were refreshing. They had a dj which created an amazing atmosphere & ambience. Will definitely return with friends & family.

mady & le reste du staff m'as fournis un exelllent service. Les cocktails sont délicieux & extrêmement bien présenté. Sans parler de la nourriture qui est d'un excellente & original. Je recommande fortement ce restaurant que ce soit pour les familles ou pour un dîner entre amis.
Great ambiance & lovely decor, but unfortunately the puck stopped there as we had an absolute terrible experience.
From our reservation time, it took around 20-25 mins to take our order. Another 30 minutes to get our drinks. & our main courses only came nearly 2 hours after our reservation time, which would not have been a big issue if they had not forgot our appetizers (should not have taken that long, it was guac & chips)...& to top it all off, my own meal was not even brought out as they forgot to punch it in. Hungry as ever, I was really hoping to enjoy the food when it did come, but the meal (ribeye tacos) was subpar in my opinion.
Further, there were errors in our bill that was eventually corrected. Staff was apologetic & seemed busy, but service should always be the top priority in any restaurants.
A few issues here that I truly hope the management staff addresses seriously to ensure the restaurant reaches its full potential.
Sadly, the service was here was just terrible.
We waited for so long we decided to leave after our appetizers. We had the queso fundido with chorizo which was good & the Balam ceviche which was also good but missing lime juice in my opinion. I was looking forward to trying the fish tacos but the server never came e back to take our order. We asked for the check which never came either so we had to go inside to pay.
The restaurant itself is beautiful & the food is ok but we won't be coming back.
We've been here a couple of times now. Ambience is great & the service too however the food was not as great as we hoped, especially the vegeterian options. The drinks were decent.
Le gigot d'agneau était absolument délicieux ! La viande était tendre à souhait, avec une sauce braisée savoureuse & une purée de patates douces qui complétait parfaitement le plat. Un vrai coup de coeur, même si la portion aurait pu être un peu plus généreuse.
Nous avons aussi pris le contre-filet à la parilla, accompagné d'une purée gratinée & d'oignons croustillants - très bon & rassasiant. En entrée, la guacamole classique & le Balam ceviche : frais, goûteux, & bien équilibrés. Mention spéciale au ceviche, que mon mari a adoré.
Les cocktails (Reina del Sur & L'aube du Balam) étaient beaux, originaux & délicieux. Service rapide & attentionné, ambiance agréable avec un bon DJ. Très belle expérience, hâte de revenir pour essayer les desserts !
