J'ai passé un excellent moment dans ce restaurant ! La bouffe était vraiment délicieuse, mais ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore meilleure, c'est le service. Un énorme merci à Sabrina, notre serveuse, qui a été souriante, chaleureuse & très accueillante du début à la fin. Ça fait toute la différence ! Je recommande vivement. 👌🍽?
The staff was disorganized, led to poor service. We experienced excessive wait times both for placing order & for receiving food. The food was satisfactory, but the pricing did not reflect the modest portion sizes provided. Furthermore, we were not offered a dessert menu.
Waitress brown hair I think had glasses was rude & bad service. Was being passive aggressive, we told her we were done with our plate & she looked at us & said'okay?' & was starring at us.
Obviously wanted her to clean our table for the next service.
From the moment we walked into Balam, we knew we were in for something special. We sat at the bar & were lucky enough to be served by the manager, Nadir, who completely elevated our night. His passion & knowledge were incredible-he even gave us a full demonstration of different kinds of tequila, which was both fun & fascinating.
The energy of the entire team was contagious.not to mention Tamara & Maddy Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there, & it made the whole experience feel vibrant & alive. Our drinks were crafted to perfection, & the oysters Nadir served-paired with a smoky mezcal sauce-were hands down the best we've ever had.
The aesthetic of the place is unmatched. With lush decor & ambient lighting, it honestly felt like we'd been transported to Tulum. The music set the perfect vibe, tying everything together for what was truly a flawless evening.
Highly recommend Balam for anyone looking for top-tier cocktails, amazing food, & an unforgettable atmosphere. Can't wait to come back!

Beware of the manager - some skinny guy with black hair, black beard, nose ring, & bad breath. Super rude & very arrogant. Pretty much the only reason I'm giving this resto 3 stars otherwise it's a solid 4 maybe even 5.

Balam's food was great but the manager (saturday night male manager with black hair, black beard, nose ring) was rude & condescending. Lacks tact & very unpleasant to talk to. This guy has no concept of what a good customer service is.
This beautiful & amazing place is truly charming!!! My friends & I were warmly welcomed by a wonderful & attentive team☺?☺?☺?. Nadir & Nizar made our lunchtime a truly memorable experience. They welcomed us & made feel us right at home.
The food was delicious, with a wide variety & an excellent selection of drinks!!! & the setting itself is absolutely stunning
