La pieuvre & le haloumi grillé sont des incontournables. Formules tapas, mais les portions sont généreuses, nous sommes sortis bien remplis avec un total de quatre plats à deux, incluant la salade fatouche super fraîche & apaisante pour le palais.
Un gros WOW. Nous avons passé un excellent moment au Babar. Les serveurs/serveuses sont attentionnés, l'ambiance est géniale & que dire de la nourriture. Nous avons pris le Kefta, Dumplings, salade Fatouche & Halloumi pour nous deux en plus de notre fille de 3 ans. Une bonne limonade maison, un mocktail & un cocktail 🍹. Honnêtement, nous avons rien à dire de négatif ou à améliorer, à refaire de notre côté. Bon appétit. 🙏🏻
Tout était excellent! Nous avons profité de leur menu pour emporter. Notre commande était prête à temps. Le coût est très honnête. Notre coup de ❤? est la salade de choux de Bruxelles. La prochaine fois nous irons manger sur place afin de manger des plats qui n'étaient pas disponibles pour emporter.

Amazing place! Vibes on point, service is top notch & the FOOD! Oh the food. We got the shawarma platter to share as well as the three dips & fattoush salad. Chicken was so tender, potatoes & garlic sauce were heavenly & the pitas were so soft & fresh! Would definitely be my number one recommendation for anyone who comes to Bromont! Will be back to try the octopus!
Les goûts étaient bons (dumplings top) & prix raisonnable mais poulpe trop cuit, poulet trop sec, salade & légumes d'accompagnement fade.. ce ne sont pas tous des plats a partager contrairement à ce qui a été dit (une brochette pour 4 personnes) ! Peut être on était pas chanceuses sur ce service la !
Went here with my family & it was phenomenal! We were 6 people so we ordered the plate to share for $175, the dumplings & a salad (I forgot to take photos of the tabbouleh & the fries). The food was more than enough for all of us. It was a decently priced for fantastic food. Excellent customer service! Would 100% recommend coming here if you are in the area!
Excellent restaurant! Le service de la part des employé est super, ils sont patients & se soucient de bien nous expliquer le menu. Nous avons pris le menu du midi qui est disponible jusqu'à 15h. Les portions de nourriture sont très grosses, par exemple, pour l'assiette Shawarma, c'est très mieux de partager à deux (il en a assez). La salade de légumes en entrée est excellente: pour le format entrée on en avait assez pour trois personnes avant le repas. Les dumplings sont goûteux & diversifiés dans les saveurs. Les prix sont tout de même cher, environ 20-35$ par assiette, mais si on partage une assiette à deux ça revient très abordable (& il en a assez pour la majorité des assiettes). Je recommande ce restaurant.
Wow belle surprise ce soir. Cuisine, service & ambiance étaient impeccable. Notre serveur Christophe fut à la hauteur. La purée d'aubergine, le humus avec filet mignon, la salade avec fromage haloumi & le kefta d'agneau était divin. Le riesling Néo Zellandais était un délice. Très belle équipe. Est-ce qu'on recommande certainement. Le chef Michel Malo est un virtuose des épices. Comme le personnel se plaît à dire: épicé mais pas piquant. & ils ont raison. Donc la nourriture ne tue pas un excellent vin.
This restaurant deserves each of its five stars. The food was exquisite. Coming from Chicago, a city which offers endless options for middle eastern food, I had high expectations & was not disappointed. The spreads: hummus, baba ganoush & esme were smooth & bursting with flavor. The shrimp were fresh & tasty, & the halloumi cheese salad with dates & honey left me wanting for more. I now dream of visiting Bromont, not only for the skiing but also for Restaurant Babar.
Très bon service. Plat de poulet shishtaouk trop cuit & fade, salade flétrie. La gérante pourrait avoir un vêtement plus convenable, si vous voulez faire partie des meilleurs.
