Une première fois pour nous après plusieurs bonnes recommandations. Ce resto est surprenant. De la présentation jusqu'aux saveurs, tout était parfait. Marc-André, notre serveur, a su nous conseiller à merveille & son service est impeccable. Merci, belle découverte & à bientot c'est sure.

Travel to the Middle East but for much less at Barbar! Absolutely unbelievable food & flavours. Beautiful sharing plates, so many varieties & the most sensationally to die for dips. You can taste it's made from scratch. Everything is soooo fresh including their homemade pitas right out of the oven & served for & steamy like little pillows to the table. Service was divine & exemplary, staff was lovely, attentive & completely bilingual. The seating is nice because you're not sandwiched next to the other guests so you can enjoy the share plates comfortably. The ambiance & decor is so inviting, it's clean, fresh & pretty flowers too on tables. Honestly I felt I had gone abroad & eaten authentic Arab inspired food. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend! This is one you'll feast your eyes on but tastes as good as it looks too!

Quoi dire de cette expérience exceptionelle. Du service, à la nourriture, à l'ambiance, tout était 10/10. Les plats sont copieux & goûteux, le service est convivial, rapide & attentionné. Le plus beau compliment qu'un restaurant peut recevoir est de savoir que ses nouveaux clients vont vouloir revenir, & bien c'est la cas! Je vais revenir avec amis & famille! Je vous recommande fortement!

Came across this gem when visiting Bromont. Very tasty, great service & highly recommend. Plates are sized to share. We did one entree & 2 mains which we could not completely finish since it was just myself & my partner. It would be great to go back with a few other people & try other appetizers & mains. Decently priced for a tourist area with nice portions. Will come back for sure! The octopus was tender & perfectly paired wity hummus. Chicken plate is big with potatoes, marinated veggies, taboule & garlic sauce. My boyfriend had the cod & it had cilantro with a lentil paste…honestly, we finished his plate! It was so yummy! Service is great. It's a cute place too…old house with a terrasse. Don't think twice, GO!

Une véritable belle découverte!

Nous avons passé un excellent moment au Restaurant Babar. Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil & le service étaient attentionnés, chaleureux & professionnels.

Le repas était tout simplement délicieux! Mention toute spéciale aux choux de Bruxelles, qui valent le détour à eux seuls. Une explosion de saveurs! & que dire du baklava à l'érable offert pour mon anniversaire... une délicate attention qui a rendu cette soirée encore plus mémorable.

On sent que chaque détail est pensé pour offrir une belle expérience. Une cuisine savoureuse, une ambiance agréable & un service impeccable.

Je recommande sans hésiter & j'ai déjà hâte d'y retourner avec plusieurs de mes ami(es) leur faire découvrir l'endroit & essayer plusieurs assiettes différentes. Merci à toute l'équipe pour cette magnifique soirée! 💛🍽?🎉

Food was delicious, highly recommend the brussel sprouts & hummus. Dominique was a fantastic waitress. Very kind & knowledgable. Great place for dinner.

I love the food & the service. We had plates to share & we were very well recommended by the waitress. Price is in the higher range of what I am used to, but it is worth it!

Boyfriend & I had such a lovely time here. We got a seat on the upper level which is a bit quieter & cozier, really nice spot.
The serving staff were attentive & warm throughout.

We ordered two cocktails, one being the Barbara Sour (I think that's the name) & honestly it was really good. Multiple layers of flavour, well balanced. Only thing I'd say is we could've used a touch more alcohol in both but that's a minor gripe.

Started with the falafels & they were amazing. Came with what I'm pretty sure was homemade pita bread & if it was, they need to make more of it. So fluffy, so soft, just really really good. Good size too!

We also had the octopus & the lamb. Both done really nicely, would highly recommend either. Portions were generous too which is always appreciated. Ordered a red to pair with everything & it just worked perfectly.

Finished with the crème brûlée which had a hint of orange peel running through it. Such a good touch, elevated the whole thing.
Genuinely had an amazing time. Easy 10 out of 10.
