I had hamburger 1881, & sandwich 1881.. The hamburger was perfect-the thickness & tenderness of the beef patty, the balance of seasoning, & the subtle meat aroma all blended harmoniously without being overshadowed by the other ingredients. From the first bite to the last, I could fully enjoy the essence of a real beef burger. Another detail that deserves applause for the chef was the lightly toasted burger bun. The crisp texture with every bite made it possible to savor the food all the way to the last mouthful. For the chicken sandwich, I thought that if the mayonnaise had been seasoned with something like lemon juice or light herbs, the delicate flavor of the chicken wouldn't have been overwhelmed by the heaviness of the mayo.

Le 1881 Restaurant is a great place to sit relax & enjoy the delicious meal made from the heart before the hands , thank you Gary for the excellent experience & you made me proud as lebanese for the work you do . Fantastic dishes, excellent service, & very calming & comfortable atmosphere. I had the beef flank with chimichurri sauce. Very flavorful without being too salty. Will definitely come back.

I stumbled upon this restaurant after a workout at the gym, & I'm so glad I did! The lentil soup was absolutely delicious, & the salmon tartare was incredibly refreshing-both dishes were bursting with fresh flavors. The staff was warm & welcoming, & a special shoutout to Gary for making the experience even better. The prices are very affordable, especially considering the top-notch quality of the food. Highly recommend this spot!

Everything was delicious. It was a wonderful breakfast! My daughter loves menus that combine warm milk & honey. We just had the best breakfast ever!
