Pasqualino Eni est un chef et pizzaiolo passionné, dont la mission est de faire découvrir l’authentique cuisine italienne et la pizza de qualité supérieure, le tout avec une touche de spectacle. Reconnue pour son savoir-faire exceptionnel, cette figure emblématique de la pizza italienne est aujourd’hui l’un des chefs les plus renommés dans son domaine.
Au cours des dix dernières années, Pasqualino a parcouru l’Italie afin de perfectionner son art. Il est maintenant établi au Canada, où il partage sa passion à travers des prestations culinaires impressionnantes qui mettent en valeur les vraies traditions italiennes.
Originaire de Pace del Mela, une petite ville de la province de Messina en Sicile, Pasqualino a commencé sa carrière dans le restaurant “La Griglia”. Il a ensuite dirigé pendant plusieurs années le réputé “Aeolia Seafood Restaurant”. Son rêve a toujours été clair : faire voyager les saveurs authentiques de l’Italie partout dans le monde.
Aujourd’hui, Pasqualino est chef exécutif et pizzaiolo vedette au restaurant Regina, situé sur la Rive-Sud de Montréal, un établissement réputé pour son ambiance chaleureuse et ses plats aux saveurs italiennes incomparables.

A small corner of Italian paradise in town! The staff was very friendly with us, the calamari was delicious. Very clean place I was feeling safety & protected from Covid, the waiter scan my passport at the door.

Had a night out for some Italian fare & decided to return to a familiar spot to dine in.
We arrived early, & it was already a busy night, lively & energetic, creating a great atmosphere! Service was courteous & attentive throughout.
The menu now features some new items alongside longtime classics, offering even more variety. We ordered a mix of pastas & pizzas.
While I had been a bit disappointed with the pizzas on previous visits, tonight was a different story, the bar was definitely raised! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals, & we will absolutely be back!Voir plus

From perfectly crisp wood-fired pizzas to rich homemade pastas, every bite reflects their dedication to traditional cuisine. The young, friendly staff adds to a lively yet welcoming atmosphere, making guests feel right at home.
The only drawback is the wine list-while it offers a decent selection, the pricing is excessive, often 4 to 5 times the SAQ equivalent.
Despite this, the professionalism of the staff & the exceptional food make this a standout spot for Italian dining on the Southshore of Montreal.

This is the 2nd time we came & each time is better than previous. We ordered a Fusili Pesto & the shape of the pasta was so cute. The sauces have a very subtled & aromatic flavor. The pizza is light & flavorful. The best italian restaurant in the South Shore. Récemment, j'ai eu la chance de passer trois semaines sur la rive sud de Montréal pour le travail. Pendant ce séjour, j'ai découvert le restaurant Regina Pizzeria, & quel délice! Leur bavette est un véritable régal, le saumon grillé est parfaitement cuit, les linguinis aux fruits de mer sont un festin pour les papilles, & leur pizza au four à bois est sans doute l'une des meilleures de Montréal. We went for a birthday dinner tonight, food is always good & service is very friendly. Had a personal touch for our dinner, they brought out a slice of chocolate cake & mini cannolis as a surprise for our daughter. It was greatly appreciated & looking forward to returning. Great Italian restaurant with great service. The entire staff made us feel great from beginning to end. From outside it didn't look that busy or big inside... there's a huge parking in the back & inside was very big for an Italian resto. Our waitress was awesome! The pizza, Caesar Salad & octopus was very good. The spaghetti was watery & was sorta disappointed in that one. So if you are looking for a great spaghetti, not here for atmosphere, service & other things BIG Yes! will be commibg back for our Italian fix for sure! Amazing restaurant! Very authentic food. The Menu was in Italian or French, so we had to use google Translater. The server was friendly & spoke good English, so it was easy to order. We ordered Lamb chops, Regina pizza, a meet loveres pizza, Mushroom Risotto, & topped it with Tiramosu. Prosciutto was amazing!!!!! Great experience overall. It's our favorite Italian in entire Montreal area. I have tried all the most famous Italian restaurants in town & I think this is hands down the best. The flavours are just amazing as if you are in Italy. The success is probably due to it being a family business, & the owner + chef is Sicilian. 💕 The pizza crust is thin, ingredients are top notch. My favorite dishes are seafood pasta & mushroom gnocchi which are to die for ! No one does it better . Meet the wife while you are there. via LibroWe went Regina Pizzeria on Taschereau Blvd. to celebrate my son's 7th birthday. This restaurant is one of his favorite places to eat. The servers were wonderful with the kids ( 2 boys, 7 & 4). They were able to seat us in a section where the kids had room & wouldn't bother other diners. The service was excellent. They were very attentive, fun & smiling. We ordered entrees & drinks, my son loves the Italian Soda drink with whip cream. They even made a strawberry juice drink for my younger son. We always love the charcuterie plate, the arancini is so good & also the meatballs. You just really can't go wrong with anything you order here. We enjoyed a wonderful birthday dinner, the server gave us extra plates to portion out the food for the kids, they made our meal very pleasant & easy with the 2 little guys. This is definitely a local favorite for us on the South Shore. Thank you for such a great experience...again!
