Pasqualino Eni est un chef et pizzaiolo passionné, dont la mission est de faire découvrir l’authentique cuisine italienne et la pizza de qualité supérieure, le tout avec une touche de spectacle. Reconnue pour son savoir-faire exceptionnel, cette figure emblématique de la pizza italienne est aujourd’hui l’un des chefs les plus renommés dans son domaine.
Au cours des dix dernières années, Pasqualino a parcouru l’Italie afin de perfectionner son art. Il est maintenant établi au Canada, où il partage sa passion à travers des prestations culinaires impressionnantes qui mettent en valeur les vraies traditions italiennes.
Originaire de Pace del Mela, une petite ville de la province de Messina en Sicile, Pasqualino a commencé sa carrière dans le restaurant “La Griglia”. Il a ensuite dirigé pendant plusieurs années le réputé “Aeolia Seafood Restaurant”. Son rêve a toujours été clair : faire voyager les saveurs authentiques de l’Italie partout dans le monde.
Aujourd’hui, Pasqualino est chef exécutif et pizzaiolo vedette au restaurant Regina, situé sur la Rive-Sud de Montréal, un établissement réputé pour son ambiance chaleureuse et ses plats aux saveurs italiennes incomparables.

Regina Pizzeria propose une expérience italienne chaleureuse avec des pizzas cuites au feu de bois, des pâtes fraîches et des plats savoureux dans une ambiance conviviale et familiale. Le service est attentif et sympathique, l'équipe veille à ce que les assiettes et les verres soient toujours remplis et l'on se sent rapidement comme à la maison. Les pizzas napolitaines à croûte fine et les plats, préparés avec des ingrédients frais et de qualité, séduisent par leur authenticité et leurs portions généreuses, tout en offrant un bon rapport qualité-prix. L'ambiance peut varier selon les soirées, allant d'une atmosphère détendue à des moments plus animés, mais elle demeure chaleureuse et propice à des repas entre amis, en famille ou en couple, et de nombreux visiteurs estiment vouloir y revenir.
Went there twice, pasta was a hit or miss (not bad). The lamb was very unique & very very very good (the olive lamb). Fish was meh, the stomach of the red snapper was a little too fishy (might not be THAT fresh, but i dont eat fish enough to know if its THAT abnormally fishy)(eatten at a fish monger place before, same fish & it wasnt this fishy). The steak was very smokey & unique, not the best steak but very very solid. Like vs the casino steak this would be alot better. I would even say better than alot of steak houses ive been to. Pizza is solid.
I visited this Italian restaurant & was pleasantly surprised. I tried the pasta & the lasagna, & both were delicious well seasoned, made with fresh ingredients, & full of that homemade flavor you expect from authentic Italian cuisine. The service was friendly & attentive without being intrusive, & the place itself has a warm, cozy atmosphere. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience that I would definitely recommend.

Delicious Italian spot! The Pizza Margherita was fresh, flavourful, & had a great crust, while the steak was tender, juicy. Great service & warm atmosphere!
The only small downside was that we were there around 9:30 & they began cleaning with bleach, which brought an unpleasant smell into the dining area. Otherwise, a lovely experience & we would return for the food!
Great little gem. Pizza was closest to tasting like I was in Italy but in Montreal. All fresh ingredients. Many ingredients imported froy including tartufo. Friendly & outgoing owners who check on all the tables personally. Looking forward to going back & trying more from their menu.
One of the best pizzerias I've ever been to! The pizza is simply amazing - fresh ingredients, perfect crust, & rich flavor. The service is friendly & the atmosphere makes you feel right at home. Highly recommended!
Solid Italian spot. I had the tortellini rosé which was a hit, as well as a half dozen oysters which tasted quite fresh! Restaurant was a bit loud at peak supper time but nothing much to be done about that.
Regina's was the perfect place to have my daughter's University graduation celebration with family & friends yesterday. We were a group of 17 & everything was exceptional, the food was so fresh & delicious & the service was excellent! Thank you to Lino & Paola & to our waitress for a perfect party!'Life is a party'! 😉

Had a few entrees: green salad, fried calamari & for my main salmon with risotto & vegetables; everything was so good, fresh & flavourful. Also, we had great service the whole night. Will be back!
This family-owned pizzeria delivers an authentic Italian dining experience with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
From perfectly crisp wood-fired pizzas to rich homemade pastas, every bite reflects their dedication to traditional cuisine. The young, friendly staff adds to a lively yet welcoming atmosphere, making guests feel right at home.
The only drawback is the wine list-while it offers a decent selection, the pricing is excessive, often 4 to 5 times the SAQ equivalent.
Despite this, the professionalism of the staff & the exceptional food make this a standout spot for Italian dining on the Southshore of Montreal.
Highly recommended, just be mindful of the wine markup.
Randomly stumbled upon this place. It was packed & full of such good energy, family hospitality & authentic Italian food. We loved the wood fired pizzas & the Caesar salad was so fresh, made from scratch. Service was exceptional! Definitely recommend.
I love this place! We go there frequently, food is delicious, fresh & full of flavour & service is amazing! The pasta is homemade & you can tell. They are very accommodating of young children as well
I can't really rate the service or atmosphere as this was an Uber delivery. However, I was really pleasantly surprised at the quality of the pasta & pizza, especially for a very reasonable price. The ingredients were excellent. Honestly, I'm still surprised at how fresh everything considering the 30 minutes commute. I'm definitely going to try to eat in person, but good job to the staff.
Regina's is the restaurant on the South Shore where you can get delicious, authentic Italian food. Everything was flavourful, fresh & delicious. Vegetarian pizza was the best I have ever had. Excellent service as well! Auguri!!!
So far I visited twice, once with family in the evening & once for business at lunch. Both occasions were a very positive experience with great service & very good quality, some dishes with a nice fresh twist on a classic dish. Decent price/quality ratio, highly recommend.
