Today,(Friday) afternoon around 3 PM, I asked for a thick Pina Colada with less water & no ice, but it still came out very watery. 😵?💫🙄 Just two days ago, I ordered the same drink & the staff used real frozen coconut in front of me. Today, however, the other person said they only use powder & ice to make it .

Bad service, i have order the famous mango barbotine . the clerk have no put mango. It taste water & ice. The smoothies is liquid & pale yellow & waters down. I never had a water down smoothies like this . I will never come back

Le commerce indique être ouvert .. une affiche disant 10-15 minutes, cela fait 30 minutes que j'attends & la dans n'arrive toujours pas 😒 je peux comprendre elle est seule besoin d'aller a la salle de bain ou manger peu importe …

They closed at 5:15pm on Monday, 8 December, right in front of my eyes, when they are supposed to be open until 6pm on their scheduled hours on Google Maps. Very unreliable working hours & very unprofessional.

The mango slush with real fruit chucks is awesome. Added tapioca pearls it was amazing. Service was also good & fast. Thanks!

The bubble tea was good, however the service was bad. First, it took the employee 20 minutes to take my order. I asked him three times before I got order although there weren't any customers at that time. Indeed, he chose to take other people's orders, yet pretend I wasn't there. Not only was he acting rude & ignorant, he neglected small tasks such as not giving my receipt, wearing AirPods while I was talking to him, & started rolling his eyes at him. Personally, for someone who pays the product, i expect good service & decent respect.
