I regularly order from this store, but the quality of the order varies immensely & depends entirely on the person who prepared the bubble tea. I ordered a mango diamond slush today (order number 420, I believe) with tapioca but I have close to no tapioca in the drink. The store has no number & cannot be reached. Otherwise, I would have requested a refund. I am extremely disappointed.
Leurs parfums sont bien réussis & les options de perles sont variées! J'y passe souvent, c'est devenu mon incontournable quand j'ai envie de bubbletea!

I had a mango juice here today, but unfortunately, I realized later that what I thought were mango fibers were actually thin pieces of plastic. I only discovered this late tonight when I found the fibers still in my mouth. It's very easy to miss while drinking, but finding plastic'fibres' in a beverage is unacceptable. I'm very disappointed as I enjoyed the flavor, but the lack of quality control is a serious health risk.
Très mauvaise expérience. La gérante a une attitude très désagréable & hautaine. Elle répond sèchement, regarde les clients de travers & donne l'impression qu'on la dérange. Quand je lui ai simplement demandé la facture, elle a réagi de façon agressive, en me questionnant inutilement & en affichant un visage très mécontent, avec des propos inappropriés. Quand j'ai demandé la facture, elle a commencé à me questionner sans raison & m'a fait un visage très mécontent, avec des commentaires déplacés.
En plus, la boisson était dégueulasse : ils disent que c'est du vrai fruit, mais ça n'a aucun goût, on dirait de l'eau.
Je ne recommande pas du tout.
Today December 30th i came to this store ordered regular milk tea with extra mango chunks even paid extra the guy told me first there will be some chunk in bottom I drank full tea still not even single chunk ! Then the lady came said I don't know you have already eaten chunk now you want more man are you serious I will come back for 2$ without any reason ! You charge extra for chunk there should be some chunks ! The lady need some serious attitude change ! 0 stars

Good service ! The strawberry banana was good, I could taste strong flavor of both fruits!

Aujourd'hui, le 12 décembre a 10h30, j'ai reçu un très mauvais service. J'ai payé pour une barbotine à la mangue, mais on m'a servi un jus à la mangue. Une barbotine n'est pas censée être liquide, & ce que j'ai reçu ne correspondait absolument pas au produit que j'ai commandé.
Je suis vraiment déçue, & cela a gâché ma journée.
Absolument divin mon coup de coeur de Montréal. J'ai vu tout le monde avec à la main alors influençable je me suis laissée tenter & j'ai tellement aimé que j'y suis retourné qq jours plus tard. Première fois le smoothie mangue diamant avec cube de mangue & tapioca & cette fois ci avocat & tapioca. Les fruits sont coupés généreusement sous nos yeux (quasiment 1 avocat entier pour mon smoothie petite taille) & le tapioca est super.
Bref excellent !
This was my first time trying this place out. I was a little disappointed as the powder wasn't mixed too well. It wouldn't have been a problem if I didn't puncture my straw through so then I could have mixed it well before consumption. But the powedery bits started popping up as I started drinking it

I've enjoyed my milk boba tea. Although many options were unavailable when I visited, my drink tasted fresh & was made fairly promptly. Store was clean & the employee kept his work station impeccable. Properly bilingual service, prices matching similar shops'.
Hot spot for great bubble tea 🧋 drinks! Especially the taro sherbet with tapioca half sweet & extra ice 🧊!! It's like ice cream 🍨 drink! Tasty! Great service & staff: Tom & Lyn
