I've bought the new mango drink from several stores & loved it every time. Unfortunately, the one from this location had a bad, unpleasant flavor & tasted like it had gone bad. Total waste of money. I do not recommend it.

lady dosn't know how to talk to customer, i paid for two extra bobba toppings in mango smoothie, they put regular one serving. when we asked for additional topping, they refused to give extra & said, we will take out some drink then add extra bobba ball. she was not even listening what we were saying. lady was just pathetic....

I ordered a Big Taro today but the employee filled the cup with ice not what m used to order,I asked gently to take some ice off because it changed the taste of the drink!
& out of nowhere I got attacked by an unstable hostile all shaking person(said manager) who while chewing gum started screaming at me & saying this is the end of the day & she is stressed & not willing to deal with people complaining about drinks!!!
I was there with my kids who witnessed all that😔she said you leave now or she'll ask the security guards to escort you out
When I left she was laughing hysterically with her employees in front of the clients waiting for service
No Taro ever again m scarred for life👎

I regularly order from this store, but the quality of the order varies immensely & depends entirely on the person who prepared the bubble tea. I ordered a mango diamond slush today (order number 420, I believe) with tapioca but I have close to no tapioca in the drink. The store has no number & cannot be reached. Otherwise, I would have requested a refund. I am extremely disappointed.

I had a mango juice here today, but unfortunately, I realized later that what I thought were mango fibers were actually thin pieces of plastic. I only discovered this late tonight when I found the fibers still in my mouth. It's very easy to miss while drinking, but finding plastic'fibres' in a beverage is unacceptable. I'm very disappointed as I enjoyed the flavor, but the lack of quality control is a serious health risk.

Good service ! The strawberry banana was good, I could taste strong flavor of both fruits!
Service was nice, the girl was kind & made my drink fast! Went there on Friday december 12 morning at around 11 am

This was my first time trying this place out. I was a little disappointed as the powder wasn't mixed too well. It wouldn't have been a problem if I didn't puncture my straw through so then I could have mixed it well before consumption. But the powedery bits started popping up as I started drinking it

I've enjoyed my milk boba tea. Although many options were unavailable when I visited, my drink tasted fresh & was made fairly promptly. Store was clean & the employee kept his work station impeccable. Properly bilingual service, prices matching similar shops'.
