I always come here & have had great experiences, but unfortunately today was awful. They didn't have any apples or oranges available. I also asked if they could remove the sugar from my child's strawberry-banana smoothie before it was mixed, but the employee refused. The smoothie ended up being way too sweet & completely undrinkable. Very disappointing, especially since I've always had a good experience here.

It's my second time to visit this branch & it's always turned out to be closed. & it is the only branch i have near my home. Online at google it's written open but you go there, they are closed so dissatisfied again. Am 8th month pregnant, i went there only for there mango slush & what I get nothing.

Today,(Friday) afternoon around 3 PM, I asked for a thick Pina Colada with less water & no ice, but it still came out very watery. 😵?💫🙄 Just two days ago, I ordered the same drink & the staff used real frozen coconut in front of me. Today, however, the other person said they only use powder & ice to make it .

Bad service, i have order the famous mango barbotine . the clerk have no put mango. It taste water & ice. The smoothies is liquid & pale yellow & waters down. I never had a water down smoothies like this . I will never come back

They closed at 5:15pm on Monday, 8 December, right in front of my eyes, when they are supposed to be open until 6pm on their scheduled hours on Google Maps. Very unreliable working hours & very unprofessional.
