The uniquely structured kitchen does not hide a great chef but five talented pastry chefs, who in turn take part in the creation of the dishes and enjoy working in an egalitarian environment where everyone has their place.

Very nice place. I absolutely recommend their agnolotti (pasta) plate as well as their chocolate mousse. However, I feel that meals/appetizers were way too salty + my partner had the duck & really did not like it. I would still go back & 100% recommend.
Special events at Ratafia are always an incredible experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to everybody. Take your loved ones out for a special dinner & enjoy good food, good service, & an overall astounding ambiance.
Meilleur dessert de ma vie (butterscotch), à boire avec un expresso Martini pleeeeaaassseee !! Ecellent service, staff incroyable !! Bon vin, ambiance parfaite. Je vous recommande chaudement cet endroit !
Nous avons passé une super belle soirée au Ratafia. L'ambiance est super cool & la nourriture est excellente. Les plats sont très bien réfléchis & sont remplis de bonnes saveurs. Aussi, la serveuse connaissait très bien ces plats & nous a proposé des excellents accords mets vin. Je recommande fortement.
Je ne suis jamais déçue quand je vais au ratafia. Les assiettes sont toujours extrêmement raffinées & subtiles. Les chefs nous font découvrir des associations parfois étonnantes mais qui marchent du feu de dieu. C'est toujours un vrai délice pour les papilles. Le service est impeccable. Les serveurs ont toujours le sourire & de bonnes recommandations & c'est une des rares places ou les mocktails valent les cocktails ! Quand au lieu dans un style art déco & une ambiance intimiste, il est juste magique. De tout Montréal, le ratafia est mon restaurant préféré & celui que je peux recommander à tout le monde les yeux fermés.

Came here for the desserts & so happy I did, they were phenomenal!! Very creative desserts with lots of flavora & textures. I will be back for supper 100%. Highly recommend!
Our dinner was incredible! We ordered the 6 course menu for 2- it was well worth it. & our daughter said her pasta was the best she's ever eaten. Definitely recommend
Very impressed with this place! We tried the arctic char, cavatelli, & duck. All were superb & would highly recommend. The cavatelli was a little salty, but this could come down to personal preference.

We couldn't have been happier to share a Valentine's Day meal at this cozy wine bar. The meal was inventive, delicious. The servers were attentive & warm. The decor was beautiful. Highly recommend.
Cool place with nice design & furniture, including an outside small terrace. Ambience is ok as well. Food is decent, but nothing crazy. Some dishes were tasteless ( like the arborio rice ), others ok, but not to die for. The only crazy thing is the dessert ( beetroot cake ) in my opinion. & I'm not a big dessert fan. Service was ordinary towards bad. My waitress was bad, but I saw the other ones & they were pretty good, so I won't judge based on mine as it looks like it was her first day at work. For my hungry friends, portions are rather small so you might leave hungry. I recommend you have a small bite before going if you are hungry by default. Good wine list. Some interesting cocktails as well🍸. Verdict : give it a try.

Juste tout est parfait à propos du Ratafia! L’équipe de girls super sympathique (Merci Marie-Aline pour le service de fuego!), la nourriture avec ses saveurs & textures recherchées & ambitieuses, l’ambiance feutrée & le décor magnifique.
On a pris le menu dégustation pour 2, super abordable, belle façon de goûter à plein de trucs : highly recommend!
Un de mes nouveaux restos prefs à Montréal définitivement.
Nous avons passé, un très bon moment, le repas était excellent, les plats élaborés réalisés à partir de produits locaux. Les serveurs étaient vraiment très sympathiques & professionnels. Le seul point qui pourrait être à améliorer est la longueur du service entre les plats (mais peut-être que nous n'avons pas eu de chance). A part cela, tout était parfait, on recommande & on reviendra!
Service hors-pair. Bonnes recommandations, belle description des plats avec une passion contagieuse, employés courtois qui semblent aimer leur travail.
I absolutely loved my visit! Vanessa was a great server & recommended an amazing dessert selection. & wrote me a list of must visit places in Montreal! The Crunchy was so special, it was worth the trip alone.
