In my opinion, the best noodles in Montreal!!! The taste is so rich & authentic, i personally don't like when the Montreal ramen is milky, so I was happy to find this one is not milky! The broth is thick, rich, & has all the flavor you can ask for! Everything is delicious here, do yourself a favor & come eat!
The ramen here was truly delicious.
As a Japanese person who loves authentic ramen, it's by far the best I've had in Montreal. The soup is rich yet has a light aftertaste, & the noodles are perfectly smooth. You absolutely have to try the karaage, too; it's the best I've ever eaten & truly shocking. The combination with cilantro & mayo is genius. For the ultimate experience, I highly recommend the ramen, karaage, & a dry sake. I was so happy to experience Japanese culture here. I'll definitely be back.
Heard about this place online & knew I had to come check it out. The restaurant itself has a cozy atmosphere & everyone I spoke to was so incredibly kind, making sure myself & others were well taken care of.
I got the Hiroshima Tonkotsu. I've been to many ramen restaurants in Montreal & other Canadian cities, & this was the most comforting bowl of ramen I've ever had. The broth was amazing, rich, & just what I needed while sheltering from the downpour of rain outside. The marinated egg that I added was delicious & the yolk was jammy as it should be.
So happy to have such a delicious gem nearby, I will definitely be back :)
Happy opening!
