A charming, cozy little ramen spot with warm lighting, Japanese décor, & a welcoming Hiroshima-inspired atmosphere. The intimate setup gives it character, though seating is quite tight. The food was good but didn't fully justify the price-two items came to nearly $50 after tax & tip-so come more for the atmosphere than exceptional value.

We came here for ramen at lunch & once for their omokase/sake night. Food was delicious & the staff were very welcoming! Happy to have such great Japanese food in Montreal!

I visited tonight & was expecting the regular menu- but was surprised with an omakase by chef Hachi! :) Every single dish was well executed & paired with a wonderful sake. With every bite, I thought it couldn't get better, but it did! It was an outstanding experience & I'm happy I got to try these special dishes as well as the ramens.
I can't wait to come back! Thank you for the wonderful time.

The Raman was not bad but it's a bit overrated. The Cha-Shu could be better, it was too try & too lean. Not sure if this is Hiroshima stlye of Cha-Shu.

Staffs were friendly & I liked their appetizer & hojicha ice-cream, but the ramen itself didn't taste much, but I do prefer strong flavors tonkotsu ramen. Noodle is on the softer side as well, might be great for people like lighter ramen but not for me.

LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING!

I had one of the best times of my life at Ramen Youki. ❤❤🔥🔥

I started off with a pork onigiri & it was the best rice I've ever bitten into for an onigiri. That was the perfect way to start.

Then, it was on to the Hiroshima tonkotsu ramen. Their ramen is FLAWLESS: a broth prepared over 2 days, full of flavour yet light enough for you to consider ordering a 2nd bowl (which I did). I went IN.

They have plum wine which will always get me in the door (I'm addicted. Seriously) &, because the hits keep coming, they also have some amazing, privately imported sake. I wish I took some pictures but they brought out 3 different bottles & I got a glass of all 3. I've never had sake that went down any smoother than these.

Food is good (the most important), always, but service is what makes an experience truly unforgettable & that's what makes Ramen Youki shine the brightest. The waiter, Kevin, was awesome & the cook, also Kevin, is already one of my favourite people; conversation for days, super knowledgeable & just a beast to the craft (you've seen my ramen bowls. Come on now).

I wish I got the name of the person who brought the sake (the man from Hiroshima... You know what? Maybe I should just call him that. It has a legendary sound to it) but he was amazing as well.

The vibes here are just fantastic. I love the staff & I LOVE Ramen Youki. I'm coming back. Don't worry about that. I'm. Coming. Back.

Tasty new Ramen restaurant that opened, their broth & noodles are great, service is authentic & friendly. Karaage is delicious.Seating is a tight bit limited. Food is a bit pricey for the portion you get, but it's great in terms of taste. I recommend to try this place if you are looking for new Ramen experiences in Montreal.
