I felt like I was stepping into a little part of Japan. The staff was friendly & welcoming. The portion was so generous that I unfortunately did not have room to try the karaage or onigiri - I definitely want to try them next time.
This new ramen joint is definitely top in the city in my opinion, it is truly authentic & crafted with care. Do not skip on the Karaage chicken (fried to perfection) & the delicious homemade icecream!
we stopped by this new ramen shop today for the first time & wow it was so so tasty. i'm usually very particular with my ramen but this one was spot on, a savoury broth that doesn't feel too heavy with the perfect texture noodles. the karaage & their homemade ice-cream was delicious. the vibe is very authentic & friendly. i love that you can see the process sitting at the bar & interacting with the chefs. would highly recommend & you know i'll be back! :)
So happy to see an authentic Japanese spot in the neighborhood! My meal was delicious; I had the spicy Mabo Nasu Ramen with a marinated egg, & the hojicha ice cream with haskap is a nice Japanese-Quebec fusion touch!
In my opinion, the best noodles in Montreal!!! The taste is so rich & authentic, i personally don't like when the Montreal ramen is milky, so I was happy to find this one is not milky! The broth is thick, rich, & has all the flavor you can ask for! Everything is delicious here, do yourself a favor & come eat!
The ramen here was truly delicious.
As a Japanese person who loves authentic ramen, it's by far the best I've had in Montreal. The soup is rich yet has a light aftertaste, & the noodles are perfectly smooth. You absolutely have to try the karaage, too; it's the best I've ever eaten & truly shocking. The combination with cilantro & mayo is genius. For the ultimate experience, I highly recommend the ramen, karaage, & a dry sake. I was so happy to experience Japanese culture here. I'll definitely be back.
If you want to go to an authentic Japanese ramen restaurant, Youki is the best place! Atmosphere, staffs & ramens were all great! I am Japanese so I know what's exactly a great ramen. Not enough just 5 stars!
Authentic ramen & one of the best in Montreal! Soup is just amazing. Definitely worth a visit!
Best Japanese ramen in Quebec Province?
Authentic Hiroshima-style ramen.
I'm usually not even a ramen person, but I genuinely love theirs.
I recommend going 5 minutes before they open at 11:00 to avoid the line.
