Karaage is delicious.Seating is a tight bit limited. Food is a bit pricey for the portion you get, but it's great in terms of taste. I recommend to try this place if you are looking for new Ramen experiences in Montreal.
we stopped by this new ramen shop today for the first time & wow it was so so tasty. i'm usually very particular with my ramen but this one was spot on, a savoury broth that doesn't feel too heavy with the perfect texture noodles. the karaage & their homemade ice-cream was delicious. the vibe is very authentic & friendly. i love that you can see the process sitting at the bar & interacting with the chefs. would highly recommend & you know i'll be back! :)
The ramen here was truly delicious.
As a Japanese person who loves authentic ramen, it's by far the best I've had in Montreal. The soup is rich yet has a light aftertaste, & the noodles are perfectly smooth. You absolutely have to try the karaage, too; it's the best I've ever eaten & truly shocking. The combination with cilantro & mayo is genius. For the ultimate experience, I highly recommend the ramen, karaage, & a dry sake. I was so happy to experience Japanese culture here. I'll definitely be back.
C'est un ramen tonkotsu au goût très raffiné. On peut y ajouter diverses garnitures, & même commander des nouilles supplémentaires si on le souhaite. Je le recommande vivement.
Best Japanese ramen in Quebec Province?
Authentic Hiroshima-style ramen.
I'm usually not even a ramen person, but I genuinely love theirs.
I recommend going 5 minutes before they open at 11:00 to avoid the line.
