Food was delicious & service was excellent despite how busy the servers were. They managed large tables, outdoor seating & smaller tables inside without any stress.

I've recently visited Isshin Ramen Verdun & it was a truly outstanding experience from start to finish. The ramen broth was rich, comforting, & perfectly seasoned. The noodles had a great chew & texture, & the toppings-especially the tender chashu & the runny soft?boiled egg-were fresh & flavorful.
The service was warm & attentive, & the atmosphere was cozy yet modern. They were able to handle a full house efficiently, & the wait time was reasonable even during a busy dinner rush. Portion sizes are generous, & the price is well worth it.
Five stars for cleanliness, friendly staff, & a menu with great variety-including vegetarian options. I'm already planning my next visit & recommend this place to ramen lovers in the Verdun area.View more

Having been to the other ramen Isshin places in different locations, this one is by far the best one! The servers are super nice & attentive - you'll be sure to leave with a smile. The food delivers every. single. time. It feels absolutely authentic & the spice level is just perfect for each dishes. I did a delivery with Ubereats as I'm in a hotel for work. This establishment did not include the cutlery I added to the delivery. I would recommend this establishment open up their comment section when ordering so I could remind them cutlery is kinda important for Ramen. Also it would be rad just to ask for things on the side & not inside the ramen bowl.View more

Amazing experience! We first noticed how comfy their indoor chairs are (like crazy comfy) & we greatly enjoyed their music Playlist. Then we received our food, Takoyaki (best takoyaki I've ever had), Kaarage chicken & our ramen. Everything was delicious & they had a decent beverage menu too which included multiple japanese beers. The only downside is that we were too full to try their desserts. Would highly recommend! Also, forgot to mention the service was A+!View more

I love ramen, & I've been visiting a lot of places in the city. When I first saw this new place near my house, I had to visit it. & boy, no disappointment. I tried a different version the ramen that is not offered in the most of the places, & I loved the tsukemen. My wife tried the vegetarian option, & it was one of the best vegetarian dishes that we tried so far. I highly recommend this place if you are a ramen lover like me.View more
