Ramen Isshin means One Heart One Ramen. Bringing you true authentic Ramen to the city of Toronto. Our happiness is your happiness & we always want to make you smile.

We offer a variety of bowls that are very unique in flavours, textures and taste. We want you to have our "Isshin" experience and leave satisfied & always smiling!

Our signature Ramen is our Wok Fried Red Miso Ramen. Every bowl starts in the wok. A generous handful of veggies mixed with our signature blend of red & white miso, sake and other seasonings are fired up. Tonkotsu broth is added and brought to a piping hot temperature, this is then poured over a fresh bed of noodles. This process melds all the flavours perfectly together to give it that unique Isshin taste.

Offering exotic Ramen's like Tsukemen aka Dipping Ramen, our famous Black Sesame Tan Tan Noodle and our White Sesame Shio Ramen is what also set's us apart from the other shops in town.

We also pride ourselves also on our large selection of Vegetarian Ramens as well as our awesomeappetizer list.

Overall pretty good ramen. All the toppings were delicious & the broth was satisfying. If you're socially anxious, this place is pretty neat because you can order & pay for everything online, even if you dine in.

Petit endroit accueillant de type comptoir japonais. La carte est simple mais vous trouverez votre compte. Pas la meilleure ramen que j'ai gouté mais globalement la nourriture, ça va. Service présent & on ramasse même avant que vous avez terminé vos assiettes sans vous demandez. Nous avons dû demander à la serveuse notre plat. 110$ pour 2 personnes (ramens, entrées & bière) Service rapide, on y va pour manger, pas pour discuter entre amis, l'espace est restreint & c'est du type IN/OUT. Ce ne fut pas désagréable comme essai mais il y a mieux.

We had a friends get together at this awesome Ramen venue & loved it ! By far the best Ramen in Montreal & we particularly loved the broth ❤️ I had the Spicy Vegetarian Miso & it was so delicious & my partner loved his Garlic Shoyu Ramen as well 😊The others had Shio Ramen as well as Spicy Shio & we all loved each bite as it was beyond tasty & very fulfilling. With a great service & perfect venue to bring your friends, I cannot wait to go back & try other items in this 10/10 Ramen place 😍
