Here's my experience: Location & Atmosphere: Nestled within the Royalmount Mall, Qwelli Gelato is an easy stop while you're shopping or exploring the area. The store is clean, modern, & brightly lit, giving off an inviting vibe that makes it perfect for a casual gelato indulgence. While it's not a large space, the friendly atmosphere makes up for it, & the staff creates a warm, comfortable environment. Customer Service: The service at Qwelli was top-notch. The staff member who helped me was kind & patient, offering to let me sample a few different flavors before making my decision. This personal touch made all the difference, & it's clear that they genuinely care about providing a great customer experience. Gelato Flavors: Qwelli's gelato is made with care & offers a variety of classic & inventive flavors. The samples I tried were incredibly smooth & rich, with each one having its own distinct, authentic taste. They rotate their flavors, but there are always some staples like vanilla, pistachio, & chocolate, along with more seasonal or specialty options. I ended up selecting the cherry gelato with a chocolate swirl on top. The cherry flavor was tart yet creamy, capturing the essence of fresh, ripe cherries without being overly sweet. The chocolate swirl added a nice contrast, providing just the right amount of rich, cocoa flavor to balance the fruitiness of the gelato. The combination was indulgent but refreshing, perfect for those who like a blend of creamy & fruity notes. The gelato itself had a wonderful texture-smooth, velvety, & not too icy-showing just how much attention they pay to the quality of their product. Pint Takeaway: I opted to take a pint home, & I was very pleased with the packaging. It kept the gelato well-preserved & was easy to store in the freezer. The portion was generous, & the gelato held up perfectly when I scooped it later at home. A little bit went a long way, & the cherry-chocolate combo was just as delightful when enjoyed leisurely at home. Price: For the quality & experience, the prices are reasonable. While a pint is a bit of an investment compared to regular supermarket gelato, the rich flavors & smooth texture justify the price. Ice cream was delicious however, two things. 1) The lady nearly forgot my friend's ice cream. Plus I had asked for just strawberry ice cream & he had asked for mango, she gave both of us half mango & half strawberry. 2) Not worth it in terms of price! I'd rather get 2 ice cream at Dairy Queen for a cheeper & better price.Voir plus
