I had a good experience all the time with this ice cream store & my son loves it but today I came to buy ice cream & the lady only speak French with me & service with patient! I don't know how to say waffle cone in French so I touch the model & she became impatient & visibly annoyed.

When I later asked for an extra spoon, she simply placed it directly on the counter without any napkin, which I found quite unhygienic & unprofessional.

I am very unhappy with this experience. I believe your staff would benefit from better customer service training to ensure a more respectful & pleasant experience for customers.

Je voudrais remercier Xavier du Qweli au Promenade Saint Bruno qui nous donne un service hors pair à chaque fois que je vais me gâter avec la meilleure gelato du coin.

Ce jeune homme a toujours le sourire & a une joie de vivre qui est contagieux.
