Food is excellent in taste wise & quality is great.
Anmol is a wonderful server .
Their Amritsari Kulcha is a must try .
We had there food during quarantine. Food quality is amazing, also quantity is good. Very punctual in delivery. Looking forward to try more dishes after quarantine. Till now its the first place from where I have had my 1st meal on the land of canada. Its amazing. Feel like I am not going to miss Indian cuisine even in Montreal.
I recently dined at Punjab canteen 695 Rue de Liège O, Montréal, QC H3N 1A9 restaurant & was thoroughly impressed from start to the finish. The menu features a beautiful blend of bold flavors & fresh, high-quality ingredients. We ordered the vegetarian dish & it was cooked to absolute perfection-the presentation was stunning. Aside from the phenomenal food, what made the night special was the staff. Our server, Anmoldeep our was warm, attentive, & provided excellent. The atmosphere is cozy & inviting, making it the perfect spot for both date night & family gatherings.I can't wait to return.
Food that we ordered was good in quality & quantity as well, taste was great & had authentic Indian flavors , Thank you so much Anmol for wonderful service managing every table so well. We have already visited couple of times before I am writing this review & will definitely visit here agin.
I ordered noddles. The noodles were not good at all. They were uncooked, & I couldn't even eat one spoon of them. Very disappointed with the quality & taste.
huge letdown compared to their other locations. the layout is totally unorganized & the furniture looks super old. they still charge premium prices, but the quality just doesnt match the expensive bill. also, the employees is incredibly slow & they js dont care. imo, skip this spot & go to the one near snowdon instead
i have orderd foos from them, & received a worst quality of food, this was a first & last order at this place, the bag they packaged foo in, was fully damaged even all food fell on driver, feeling sad for that poor guy, all my food was on floor, even got no response by uber, just a worst experience,
suggestion is never go to this place 👎👎👎
we have ordered $180 worth of tasty veg indian food. food was very very rough. we have ordered chole chana, paneer tikka masala, kadhai paneer.
taste was so poor. only thing which was good was the tava roti, lassi.
definitely most of the reviews are not genuine. we have tried to remake the same sabji to the chef, but the chef was just playing the games.
sometimes its not about the money its about the quality of food. we went their after reading the reviews online. but it was a waste of time & didnt enjoyed our visit to Montreal from toronto fully due to poor taste. i hope the chef will cooperate with the server.
All of the server were very cooperative but not the chef .
Been coming here since they opened & I have to say, the quality has went down a lot over the years. Disappointing!
