The meal was wonderful. Each dish was special in its own way. The butter chicken was memorable. & the different kinds of Nan bread were rich & delicious. I especially enjoyed the Dahi Puri with sparkling flavor & very fresh. It's a simple & plain eating place, but clean with attractive tableware. Very good Fanta in the bottle. Quality of the food has deteriorated a lot. Had Amritsari kulcha the flavour & taste of chickpeas or chole were not as it should be for a kulcha. Were ordinary & way too spicy. This was our only go to place for Amritsari kulche, but I don't think I am going to order again.Voir plus
Just ordered some Indo-Pakistani cuisine that's so authentic, it made my taste buds file for a passport! Lamb Vindaloo, Butter Chicken, Garlic Naan, & a cold Unibroue to wash it down. Warning: the Vindaloo is so spicy, it could negotiate peace treaties. & the portions? Let's just say you'll need backup.
