Had a great time! Jason took such good care of us ! super friendly & attentive, with excellent food & wine recommendations. The whole team was also very welcoming, smiling, & pleasant. It made the experience even better. Would definitely come back!

Very decent, though a little pricey for what's offered.

Service was friendly, but a little slow for a half full restaurant.

Went in as a guest of Hyatt Centric for happy hour & they had good draft beer. The fries were good, & the servings were huge.

The tall white manager with the snaggle teeth was beyond rude. The middle aged lady was even worse. I live in the building & have been going there for two years. The staff was so entitled & were chastising my friend & I over asking to have a drink on their terrasse. I have one question: what would the Hyatt stakeholders think of you acting so rude to PAYING customers. Have some respect. Grow up or go work in a different industry.

Most hotel restaurants are ok but this place is pretty great. I had some pretty long work days & wasn't feeling like leaving the hotel for dinner. This place was easy & tasty. The staff is friendly & attentive. They remember you & bring food quickly. They also make some pretty amazing cocktails.

I recommend going if you're staying in the Hyatt or nearby. You won't be disappointed.

We have the breakfast buffet during our stay at the hotel. They had a good selection of items, cold mostly with some hot items. The hot items were awful - wet lukewarm scrambled eggs, cold soggy potatoes etc. The continental side had some better things - like mini croissants & bread to toast. The Greek yogurt was hard & tasted like cream cheese. The price was insane - $25 each. We were both ill after. Service was friendly & they were very attentive to the point that if I put my napkin down they would instantly be there to replace it!

I stayed at the Hyatt Centric Montreal & this was the main restaurant in the Lobby of the hotel. If you order roll service at this hotel, the food will be coming from this restaurant. After a long day out, I decided to stop in here to grab some dinner before going up to my room for the rest of the night. I ordered the Chicken Club Sandwich & the Mac & Cheese. The sandwich was good, but the fries were very well done. Almost to the point that it was not enjoyable, I don't know if it's a Montreal thing, or it's specific to this restaurant, the fries seem to be very well done. The Mac & Cheese was quite good, it tasted freshly made & was topped with green onions which was a nice touch.

Friendly staff but close to a 40 minute wait for grill cheese & pasta for hungry kids when the restaurant is at 10% capacity means this is my last meal here.

Came for the beef wellington, & it did not disappoint. Their cocktails & gin selection were very good, the atmosphere relaxing, & the service very friendly.

I went there with a friend to celebrate his new job a Monday morning, the cocktails were amazing but the food was a bit ordinary for a brunch. The atmosphere & staff was very friendly & pleasant but I felt a weird vibe from the manager (a lady) towards her own staff especially towards the young lady busgirl / waitress. We had an amazing time but I don't know if I'll come back when the managers are spending their times analyzing her staff in front of the customers

A wonderful supper with friends in a sublime ambiance & a majestic view of Chateau Viger! Cartier Arms at Hyatt Centric Old Montreal is an ode to a bygone era while maintaining the simplicity of modern day dining. A must to try during this Festive Season 🎄🎄🎄

Service was a little delayed sometimes but otherwise super friendly staff & food kept to its reputation at Burgundy Lion & was solid. Tuna crudo, smash burger & fries were 10/10 👌👌

Had a really great time for our office party service was fast & super friendly good wine recommendation & every meal was delicious.
