I'm not angry, I'm just disappointed. As a fan of the Burgundy Lion group, I was looking forward to brunch at Cartier Arms. As I live nearby, I've been to Cartier Arms a number of times for dinner & have been pleased with my experiences to date. Feedback on brunch: - Per the menu, the avocado toast was to be served on sourdough bread. It was served on rye bread out of a bag. No mention of a substitution by restaurant staff. The avo toast itself was incredibly basic. Come on guys, it wouldn't take much to make avo toast a bit more interesting. Especially at a $22 price point. - The full English breakfast. Have had it at Burgandy Lion & it's great. At Cartier Arms....the only thing that made it English was the small paper cup of beans. The menu indicated that black pudding would be included, it was not. When we inquired, the restaurant staff said they didn't have it, so they just increased the amount of the other meats. No mention of black pudding being out of stock when ordering. No tomato included with the full English, just a sea of brown. - Bloody Caesar was super watered down for $14 - Macchiato was good What happened? Cost saving measures? Total bill came to $80 for 2. There are much better brunches in Montreal for that price point

I went there with a friend to celebrate his new job a Monday morning, the cocktails were amazing but the food was a bit ordinary for a brunch. The atmosphere & staff was very friendly & pleasant but I felt a weird vibe from the manager (a lady) towards her own staff especially towards the young lady busgirl / waitress. We had an amazing time but I don't know if I'll come back when the managers are spending their times analyzing her staff in front of the customers

Un peu déçu de savoir sur place que le samedj dimanche nous pouvons que bruncher. L'information est très dur à trouver sur le site Web & aucun PSA au moment de la réservation électronique. Ça à un peu pas mal changer nos plans , car nous venions pour dîner, mais bon. C'est des choses qui arrive. Peut être réviser votre site Web à ce niveau. Nous avons tout de même resté pour prendre un verre & le service était impeccable.

We had a really great experience for Mothers Day Brunch at Cartier Arms. We were a very large group; they accommodated all of us, the space was beautiful, & the food was delicious. Highly recommend!

I had my birthday brunch there & it was over all amazing. Organized to my liking, the staff was awesome. I 100% recommend.

Food & service was excellent. Went for brunch loved it, went back for dinner & can't stop raving. The hotel is lucky to have such a great restaurant within its walls. A soon to be an old mtl institution for sure!

celebrated my 30th birthday here for the brunch service with bottomless mimosas. We were 6, & very well taken care of. Amazing service, & on top of that, the establishment is stunning & in a beautiful location. Loved every minute of it! Definitely recommend as a restaurant for daytime or night, for small groups, dates or even parties!

Was there a few weeks after opening. Very nightclub vibe of resto. Very sheik design. Cool
Music. Wine & food we're spot on. Ownership & management are first class! & they serve breakfast & brunch. Yum!!!
