I generally enjoy PM but this location leaves much to be desired. Inattentive service & lazy staff busy chatting vs helping a long line of customers. There is no language barrier as I speak French & English but was treated in a not so delightful manner. I understand that these are/can be monotonous jobs for people but simply packaging desserts & sandwiches isn't really all that complicated. Was met with some attitude & general lack of care to my order & some of my questions were simply Ignored. Chicken sandwiches were ok, Mediterranean veg sandwich was awful- do not recommend. Desserts were the saving grace. Not sure what has happened to this establishment but the quality has gone down over the last 10yrs that I have visited. Wouldn't return. :(

En wellington una de las mejores panaderías de esta franquicia. Desde sus panes hasta sus ensaladas son frescos y de excelente sabor. En pleno boulevard encuentran esta joya.
Essayez leur nouveau pain ou plusieurs de leur pains incroyables tels que : noix au levain, mon favori! Tout est bon. Fraises-rhubarbe, chocolat blanc & ... il y a tellement de variétés & le personnel est tellement gentil. Merci à toute l'équipe.

Very new & big branch of this chain. With large & lovely Windows & lots of goodies. If you are a fan of delicate food definitely you will enjoy this branch. Also their entrance & washroom is accessible.
Hier je passe commander 6 croissants , 5 pâtisseries dont deux éclairs aux chocolats , on apportait le dessert chez des amis. Quand on ouvre la boîte les éclairs ont le diamètre de mon index environ & j'ai des doigts très normaux, par contre le prix n'a pas fondu . Qu'elle déception & exemple flagrant & irrespectueux de réduflation. Pour une pâtisserie qui se dit fièrement québécoise, je m'attendrais à mieux . Les milles feuilles ne semblaient pas avoir subi le même sort. Prochaine fois j'irai au Toledo à quelques minutes à pied , au moins là bas les éclairs sont de tailles respectueuses du client. & de plus engagez des employés . File interminable , les pauvres filles (2) qui étaient là .
Sorry to see the delicious pear tart is only about 2/3 its former size. I get the feeling the shop on Wellington is less well supplied than some other branches. Certainly the staff are not very friendly
Je suis passée pour la baguette 🥖 & je l'ai apprêtée en sandwich à la ça maison. Très grand & lumineux café, boutique & boulangerie. Personnel très courtois.

Such a big selection of fresh foods, bread & pastries, with a generous seating section where one can enjoy their delicacies. Coffee counter also offers many great choices. We came 2 consecutive days for breakfast & also left with a couple of olive & fruit & nut loaves. The almond chocolate croissant was to die for. We will come back here anytime we're in the neighborhood.
I go there with my wife once in a while to have something light like a sandwich & a salad. It is not a cheap place the food quality is very good. Business is situated in an old bank with beautiful windows & high ceilings. Staff was courteous & friendly.
