J'ai pris un chausson aux pommes : je n'ai pas pu le finir tellement il était sucré, la pâte feuilleté aussi sec qu'un désert, & un matcha qui ne goûtait pas le matcha. Le Toledo était fermé ce matin la, too bad :(. Mais je ne reviendrai pas, c'est juste de l'argent jeté à la poubelle.
Ça ne m'étonne pas ce qui vous est arrivé avec cette bûche de Noël, le personnel dans le magasin est complètement ahuri, pas concentré souvent sur leurs transactions , de plus négatif & malpoli dans l'attitude ( certains) , je ne sais pas combien ça aide a les réclamer au service général a la clientèle de la compagnie ....
Dans votre situation , évidement c'est une grosse perte , leurs buches de Noël c'était pas donne, il aurait fallu d'abord vous bagarrer , négocier & tenter de résoudre avec le personnel dans le magasin qui a pris la commande , faire des photos de la commande sur leur cahier , photos du mauvais gâteau & les confronter dans le magasin de Verdun premièrement pour un remboursement .
Ensuite seulement en cas d'échec envoyer tout ça au service à la clientèle général . Mais c'est une politique radine qu'ils ont , de façon générale , pas difficile de s'en apercevoir .
& si pas de résultat non plus, contactez la protection du consommateur !!
J'ai commandé & réservé une bûche de Noël pour le réveillon. À l'ouverture de la boîte le soir même, ce n'était malheureusement pas la bûche que j'avais demandée. Une grande partie du dessert a dû être jetée, ce qui est particulièrement décevant, autant sur le plan financier qu'en raison du gaspillage alimentaire. J'ai payé près de 60 $ pour un gâteau que je n'avais pas choisi.
J'ai communiqué avec le service à la clientèle dès le constat de l'erreur (facture, photos & courriel à l'appui). La réponse obtenue a été très décevante : on m'a indiqué qu'il était impossible de valider la situation & on m'a offert, à titre de compensation finale, un pain d'une valeur maximale de 9 $.
Au-delà du produit, c'est surtout le service à la clientèle qui m'a déçue. Après de nombreuses années de fidélité à cette pâtisserie, je m'attendais à une approche plus respectueuse & proportionnelle à la situation vécue.
J'ai attribué une étoile, car il n'est malheureusement pas possible d'en mettre zéro.

I visited on a Thursday afternoon when it wasn't busy. I waited about 10 minutes, during which staff made eye contact but did not acknowledge me in any way. There were no other customers ahead of me.
Qualité, service, bons produits.
Malheureusement le service n'est pas à la hauteur de la qualité des produits. 15 novembre 11:20 12 personnes attendent en ligne pour le service. Seulement 2 personnes préposées au service. Après plus de 10 minutes d'attente j'ai quitté sans acheter. Je suis DÉÇU de la dégradation de cet endroit que j'aime beaucoup.
Allez la direction un coup de barre pour améliorer le service à la clientèle sinon il y a d'autres options qui pointent à l'horizon.
Une baguette enrobée vraiment trop salée. Une baguette multi-germés avec des grains hyper dur... Résultat? Un rendez-vous chez mon dentiste la semaine prochaine !
The pastry shop didn't have a big variety, but the small pastries we tried were really tasty & fresh. Unfortunately, the coffee was cold, which was disappointing. Because of that, I can't give it a very high rating, even though the pastries were delicious.
So happy they opened a Première Moisson in Verdun! I've been a fan of their bread & pastries for years, & finally having one close by is dangerous in the best way 😅 I tried their new pastry called Oh La La it's basically a croissant dipped in chocolate with chocolate inside… & wow. It lives up to the name! A must-try. It was around $6 which seems a little high as I'm used to Europe prices.
They also have a really nice selection of prepared & frozen items like quiches & baked goods, so it's perfect for grabbing treats to bring home. I don't think it's cheap tho.
Service was fast-ish considering it was a busy Saturday. Ambiance is lively & it's a cute spot to pop in & out of.
Only thing a little confusing: they have the black ropes so everyone naturally lines up, but then a staff member came over & told us we should be selecting what we want first & then going to the cash 🤷?♀? Since everyone was already lined up, they let it slide'just for today,' lol. I think it's just because it was packed, but maybe a little signage would help.
Overall, a great addition to the neighborhood. I'll definitely be back especially for that Oh La La pastry! 🥐🍫
Les produits sont toujours frais & delicieux, les employes sont toujours aimables & courtois, toujours une belle experience. Le batiment est egalement superbe.
